I would rate this place a 6 if I could! The windshield replacement was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I got quoted for $175 and they honored it. It's a little hard to find-you have to drive around the parking lot to find it. It's in a dilapidated parking lot and grungy. But for the low prices, friendliness and efficiency they had-it can't be beat. It's a no frills kind of shop with chairs outside instead of a lounge. I got my order done in less than 15 minutes. I had a very disappointing experience here. I came to get my windshield replaced, but right after the job was done, I started hearing loud rattling noises whenever I drove over bumps or uneven roads. I brought the car back and asked them to inspect it again. They said everything was fine. Two days later, I removed the tape holding the windshield in place, and while some noise was reduced, I still hear a shaking sound when driving over humps or rough roads. It honestly feels like the windshield isn't properly attached. The bigger issue? There are several cats freely roaming in and out of their shop. The cats looked dirty, and I was very concerned about fleas. I even had to ask the staff to get into my car for test drives multiple times. The day after I got home, I noticed a bunch of flea bites, and even saw one crawling on my arm while I was driving. Disgusting. I've already spent over $40 on flea sprays and had to order stronger treatments to get rid of them from my car and home. I'm seriously considering moving out of my apartment because the fleas spread so badly. I can't believe this place has so many good reviews. Maybe their prices are low, but this ended up costing me way more -- in time, money, and stress. Never again. I'd rather pay more for a cleaner and more professional place. Update: may 13 2025 Still Amazing. Khalid and his staff such as Joe really pulled through for me. Unfortunately, I had another rock strike my window that was kicked up from an 18 wheeler and it caused a crack in my front windshield. Immediately afterwards, I reached out to low price auto auto glass and Khalid immediately reached out to me. He indicated that he would be able to get a new windshield for me in stock within about two hours and that he could have his staff install a new windshield the same day. I was late to my appointment because it took me awhile to find the place.
