He was patient with my wife and her tendency to battle indecision with plant options. He laid out our options clearly, explaining the pros and cons of different trees and plants. He worked with us on our decisions and understood we had a budget goal we wanted to achieve. Eric's communication was awesome! He always got back to us quickly, and was always available to answer questions when we had them. He texted us with updates and was honest about timing. He went above and beyond to help us feel good about our project, and his team was clean, efficient and punctual. Near the end of the project, Eric even met us out in Escondido at 6:30AM to help us decide on rock choices (color and size), giving us the confidence that we'd chosen the right option. I cannot recommend Eric/Wulfscape enough to anyone looking to do a yard remodeling project. They didn't try to "upsell" us at all, but rather helped us make sound decisions which will ultimately help us save money in the long run. We brought ARC in to help us develop a strategy to mitigate moisture intrusion into our garage and improve overall drainage around the property. The scope included tying our downspouts directly into new drains, excavating four feet of soil from a planter opposite the garage wall and waterproofing it, and improving site drainage throughout. In addition, they installed new irrigation valves and valve boxes, drip irrigation, and a Rachio controller. They also finished the project with weed fabric and decorative rock, which really cleaned up the look of the space. ARC was easy to work with, responsive to requested changes, and professional throughout the process. While the long-term moisture performance will take more time to fully evaluate, we appreciate their effort and would absolutely consider working with them again for future landscaping projects.

There is abrasive dust all over my back yard, side yard and the front of my house. My catio in covered with this dust and my cats are rolling in it and bringing it into my house. I just bought a new car and I've had to have it detailed 4 times. Thankfully I've just managed to make room in the garage for that one. However, my other car has been parked in front of my house this whole time and it has a roughness to the paint from the abrasive dust. Also, one of the trucks making deliveries of stones, dirt and bricks has side swiped the front corner of this vehicle. When asked about it, "not his responsibility" So, I am stuck with the cleanup of all the dust all over my house, a dented vehicle and detailing bills. As a handicapped person, I will have to hire people to clean for me. I cant stand up or walk so I can't do it. The workers making the clouds of dust should have either erected a tent or watered down the stuff they were cutting. I watched the clouds drifting from them to my house and was amazed at their lack of concern. I am very upset and would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

We hired them to do a complete renovation of our backyard. This is our vacation home and we stressed to them how we wanted the work to be done while we were away so that we could enjoy our vacation home the limited time we have. And what did they do? The exact opposite. No work would be done for weeks at a time - as reported to us by our neighbors - and then when they knew we would be at the home, they would show up and do work. This situation repeated itself for 2 years. 2 YEARS. We also ended up having a problem with the city of Encinitas as we were told by the company that they took care of all the permits necessary. They didn't and then we had the city Planning Dept involved in every step of the project. So much time and money wasted. And the stress involved was over the top. Disgusted with Gabriel and how we were treated. This was a $150,000 project.

My project involved adding an office/multipurpose room to the back of my home to replace an old attached sunroom. It was a project that involved removing the back wall and fireplace of my house and Jose and Jose Jr. managed every part of the job to minimize the impact of the work on me while it was being done. My front yard never looked like a construction zone after the workers left and the back area where the work was being done was clean and organized. All of my requests and concerns were addressed respectfully and the processes were explained clearly. There is always a snag or two in a project of this size but Jose handled each challenge very efficiently and the project was completed a month earlier than I had anticipated. The quality of the work is very high with good materials being used and skilled contractors doing the various jobs. There is absolutely nothing I regret or wish I had done differently in this project which is a testament to the ability of my contractor.
