I ended up getting a full front yard remodel, upgraded garage door, exterior paint with some wood removal and stucco application. The cost of my project was on the higher side, but you get his design skills, patience, understanding, project alterations, and openness. He installed a water feature in the front of our house that caused a leak in our main water line, which cost us $4000 to fix. The same water feature leaked for the first year and all he did was paint the wall instead of fixing the problem, and we paid for it. The second water feature has a leak that still hasn't been fixed. He wanted to charge a fee to come out & fix his shotty work. In addition, we had some concrete installed in our courtyard, and the concrete was uneven. We are installing tile in the same area and had to pay an extra $2000 to get it fixed. Highly disappointed in Jose's work, and wouldn't recommend him to anyone.

They work hard, they show up 6 days a week, and say "yes" to everything we ask of them. Pedro is a great resource and will give his ideas about things if we are confused or unsure. We came across an issue with our gas line, and thought we were at a dead end, needing to wait for months for SDG&E to come, but Pedro thought of a great bypass solution and was able to pull it off without changing any of the original design we wanted or the project timeline. Pedro showed up at our house several times a week to check on his team, and worked himself on parts of our project alongside his team. The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.
