She gave a huge listing of places that checked off the required amenities and then picked her up and drove her to the top 3 she wanted to see. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars as the service provider double booked herself and my daughter had to Uber to her next appointment and uber back to her home.

The owner ended up taking $420 of our $500 deposit because it apparently took him 21 hours to fix maybe a dozen or so spots on the walls where we had spackled and painted over. What really upset me was that he had the nerve to describe his deductions in a very underhanded and insulting manner (apparently, the walls were "crudely spackled"), which just added unnecessary insult to injury. So, although I'm sure almost any landlord will make sure to keep as much of your deposit as they can, this guy probably won't be nice about it either.

The place was filthy, absolutely disgusting when I moved in and told --too bad, so sad (with food stuck on the floor, grime on the walls, hair and drips all over and inside of the fridge). They claim "free Wi-Fi" but they offer the worst cheapest Wi-Fi possible, it didn't work most of the time, finally had to just pay to get my own personal internet. There's the constant smell of cigarette smoke, no matter where you are, you can smell it, there's no getting away from it. The "common areas" are pretty gross all of the time, as no one bothers to really clean up after themselves there. Worst of all---very awful roach infestation since day one, probably way before I moved in. They were coming out of the woodworks! They were all over the walls, running around all over the floors, running on the counters -onto any food set on the counter! Pure nightmare fuel! No one should have to live this way, they really don't care. No one should even have to live like this - but since they don't live in their own units, of course they don't care. The final price of our houses was good, but we put large amounts of money and time into them so I'm not sure how much was because of them. We were never told anything, so it's hard to know what they did. Their mortgage broker was not good. He almost didn't get the closing date and we would have been homeless for a few days. He also pulled $10K more on the down payment from our sale, than what had asked for and that has really strained our move. Jonathan helped us buy our current house and he was fantastic! I can't say enough about him. He was in constant contact with us and really went above and beyond.

On sight manager did nothing to alleviate the sleepless nights I had to deal with for half a year but had scolded me for being loud one morning when I wasn't there. Overall, her coming in without a 24 hour legal notice, which is washington state law, was quite irritating to say the least. I wasn't a fan of this because I worked at 3 am and liked to sleep for an hour or two after work. I couldn't take the impromptu visits from her and strangers so I asked for proper notice so I could go about my business like a normal human being and be able to prepare for a scheduled visit. She pretty much treated my apartment like an open house M-F 11am-7pm for 2 months, in which I was supposedly supposed to deal with. Good at first half, horrible last half. Year lease. So uncomfortable and unprofessional.
