I was also charged around 400 dollars for carpet cleaning, despite the lease stating the carpets are cleaned between tenants. Combined with the loss of a significant portion of my security deposit 2,695 for walls that were cleaned and patched, these charges did not feel fair, based on the condition in which I returned the home. I'd encourage future renters to document everything, in detail. And, maybe think twice about renting through this company."
