Had I known the SHS team had a Yelp page I would have left this review years ago. We have been in our home for two years (almost to the day) and are so happy we had Andrea and Danielle by our side. Danielle and Andrea helped my wife and I sell our Seattle home, and purchase a new home in Edmonds this year. The entire process was incredible, and I cannot say enough good things about them! They were patient with us over 2 years as we debated whether it was the right time to move or not. During that time they were always helpful and willing to take their time to talk about what we were thinking. When the time was right, they helped us with prepping the house, staging, and I believe got us the best sale price we could have hoped for. They were always responsive with emails and phone calls (and texts) and we felt like they had great availability for us. There were a few times where their availability was limited (due to travel or family obligations) but I respected them more for having healthy professional boundaries and NOT being available at any given hour.
