They used to be great, the staff in the office was great, Cody and Greg were great, and the repairs were good. The past 2 years however, the place has gone downhill horribly. The office staff is now rude and openly lies to customers (see below) while the repairs have not been done to any kind of standard. They no longer stand by their work. Here are some highlights of the past 2 years: 1) Took my daughters car in and was told it would be done the next day when a part came in. 2 days passed and we called to inquire was told the part would be in the next day. 2 more days pass and we called to be told the part would be in that day and the car repaired, but it wasn't. The next day we were told the part they received was wrong and so they had to wait for a new part. The office staff lied to us repeatedly over a period of 5 days. 2) Took my sisters car in for new shocks. 13 months, and just 8K miles later, the shocks were totally bad. They said "too bad" the warranty is expired and wanted the same amount to replace the shocks. She is 70 years old and only drives to the store and doctor appointments. Shocks should last 50K miles at least. 3) Took my son's car in for a gas purge valve replacement. Paid over $1000 and within 2 months the valve no longer worked. My son was so angry at Greg's that he didn't tell me until many months later. I called Greg's and once again was told "too bad". It is unfortunate that they are such a lousy place now with no integrity when they were once a really good place. I no longer recommend Greg's auto to anyone for any service.

Said a part for the air conditioner was obsolete but he could still get it, replaced everything he could on the air conditioner but didn't bother to get part he said he could get, went ahead and charged us for all the repairs he did on the air-conditioning and gave it back to us without the one part he said he could get, so air conditioner is still blowing hot air and we paid a fortune for it. They had our dump truck for over a month just adding and adding to the list of things they say needed to be repaired. When we finally got our truck back, $21,000! They rebuilt the rear end while it was there and a week later it fell apart going down the road. After rebuilding it again and the other rear end that was damaged during this, they refused to warranty their work and charged another $7,200. We wouldn't have let them touch it again if we'd known they wouldn't honor their warranty. Will never use them again and would never recommend them. We're still finding things they've not done right. Belt for A/C was out on twisted.

Took son's vehicle in for issues, charged $140 for diagnosis that was really just "replace single thing ($3k) and by the way, we recommend you do things you didn't even bring the vehicle to us to look at...(additional $2k) and really you should just get a new car since it has 90k miles on it." (On a vehicle that is known for 200-300k miles and consistently one of the top 10 vehicles for reliability) Then it got interesting. After a Google review detailing the above, my son starts to get harassing texts telling him to remove the review. Maybe these guys do good work... Lots of positive reviews. I am not a fan of bullying behavior, but will take the high ground here and simply suggest they work more on effective interpersonal communications with their customers and less on policing the reviews and harassing people who have bad experiences with them.
