First, I really appreciate your honest advice. I was told by other flooring contractors that I needed to completely relevel my floor before I could install laminate flooring -- they gave me very costly estimates. After talking with you, carefully looking at the condition of my floor, and reviewing the flooring manufacturer's installation requirements, I found this is NOT required. This saved me a lot $$$. Second, I really appreciate your patience with me. I originally thought you would be working on the floor within the month of your estimate but, being a DIYer and working on a very old house (1972), my project took much, much longer. You also talked with me throughout that process/waiting period, visiting with me, and giving advice and moral support. Finally, I appreciate you providing me your expertise on laying the floor, even AFTER the job was completed. Again, I hope you will come to the housewarming after I'm done.

We…read morehad the floors refinished but also new wood laced in to cover the no-longer used HVAC floor vents and for the most part you can't tell. We had a problem, that was not the crew's fault, when our fridge ice maker line leaked after the application of the first finish coat. They were great and got it taken care of, re-sanding and refinishing the affected areas. The only issue was communication, especially early on. Be sure to coordinate with the managers so that the plans have been communicated to the crew before the work starts, and stay in touch with the managers. Once I engaged with them it was quite responsive , and most importantly the work is fantastic. We will be enjoying these floors for decades.

I would not recommend this company…read more I chose them because the scope I discussed with the account manager included replacing my flooring and installing a new vanity I had already purchased. I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.
