I located replacement sweaters then we tried again. No proof this time. I did pay a fee for the replacements, which I thought was odd because I had to locate and purchase materials at my expense due to their error but the good news was the price was do-able. I'd use them again but be very clear about what you want done, especially if it is a non-replaceable heirloom item.

Classic bait & switch. Explanation of the 4x markup was due to the possibility of replacement due to a possible mistake on their part....so essentially the cost of doing business or loss due to mistakes are to be paid by consumer according to this companies policy. The hats that are offered by every other embroidery shops weren't offered here for some reason. The shop employees are rude and don't seem to have understanding of basic customer service accountability... BUYER/Consumer BEWARE !! (Rude + Dishonest Establishment)
