The communication before drop-off was excellent. They answered every question I had -- and I had a lot. Post-install support was just as good, especially when I had questions about maintenance and cure time for the PPF. I was so happy with the full body PPF that I went back and had them do window tint as well, which also turned out great. The only minor areas for improvement would be more proactive updates while the vehicle was in their possession, as well as some small issues coordinating the loaner car. That said, the fact that they even offer a loaner vehicle -- something no other business I spoke with provided -- was actually one of the reasons I chose them in the first place. Additionally, there was a minor issue where the emblems were scratched during the process; however, they were very quick to take responsibility and immediately offered OEM replacements and a free installation, which speaks highly to their integrity and customer service.
