How many painters have you met who is up on the ladder like more than 20 ft high and patch up rotten wood areas of my trims thoroughly (he doesn't have to because I have no idea what the conditions of my trim areas like up there high)? Pretty much all contractors would simply paint and wont even mention to the customers about it yet he insisted going backup the ladder multiple trips and took take care of them.
