I wasn't sure the buff and recoat would be worthwhile on my original and very old floors but they're definitely smoother and feel refreshed in addition to the extra protection I was looking for. During the "2nd Chance Visit", his carpet estimator was incredibly rude to my female tenant, made it seem like he was doing her a favor to show-up, and verbally CURSED AT MY FEMALE TENANT. She became afraid and asked the carpet estimator to leave because she felt unsafe. I respect & appreciate the OWNER for trying to make things right, but if this is the caliber of employee that his company hires, I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. It is 1,000% UNACCEPTALBE for a service provider that has been invited into someone's home to curse at a woman. UNACCEPTABLE. District Floor Depot WILL NOT be getting my business, and I hope that no consumer supports this type of behavior by doing business with them. They carefully moved furniture, took up and removed the old carpet and molding, made some repairs to the subfloor and put down underlayment. Then they installed the flooring and molding. We had a tricky place where my new floor ended and old floor started, because I didn't get the right piece to put in between. They offered several solutions and I picked one that looks great. They left the area very clean. Their workmanship was perfect. Both men were very polite and friendly and completely trustworthy. I highly recommend Fransisco.
