When I signed my contract with them, they informed me that pest control would come by on Wednesdays, but for the past five months, they've come inconsistently on Mondays and Tuesdays. They also informed me that the lawn mowing guys would come by on Thursdays, but they frequently stopped by on Fridays. Having two dogs that use a doggie door, their inconsistency was a big inconvenience. On the administrative side of things, they are extremely unresponsive. I would send them an email and it would take Kendra two weeks to respond. I would call their office and get no answer. I would ask them to trim my trees and it would take them nearly a month to get someone out to do the job yet they sent me the $800 bill within 24 hours. They are understaffed and completely unreliable. Buyer beware!

The only reply I got was that they would "get back to me after speaking with their partner." That was in mid-October, and I never heard from them again. They stopped showing up, removed me from their schedule without notice, and ignored my message asking whether I was still a client. I paid on time every single month, up front, and never complained--not once--until it became clear I was being completely disregarded. I was not rude in my messages either. A friend who referred them also had issues and warned me they were unprofessional, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they proved her right. It has now been over a week since my last message, and even after sending a follow-up acknowledging they might be busy, I still received no reply. That isn't just unprofessional--it's disrespectful. I never write reviews like this, but future customers deserve to know what they may be walking into. If this is how they treat a reliable, on-time, and easy customer, I can't imagine how they treat others.

I called and he was to our house to review in just a few days. He needed a programmer and offered us a choice of standard or Wi-Fi. We went with the Wi-Fi and he came back a few days later to install. He did great work and ensured that the app was working. The tree that killed our sprinkler head required him to cut the root of the tree. I could not believe the size of what he pulled out. Such a great guy and looked to make sure that the entire yard was in good shape.
