We have come to love Psycho Bunny and visit it whenever we can. Their stores are not as widespread as their other brands, but we do like this one at Fashion Show mall. It's on the smaller side, but most of their stores are on the smaller side. The staff here are great! They are very friendly and chatty. One of the staff even brought out a shirt they were not even supposed to have on display yet when they saw us looking at similar styles. They also told us about their upcoming black friday specials and were just friendly and knowledgeable in general. The quality of Psycho Bunny is very good, and they have an amazing variety and selection. I literally find myself wanting almost everything I see in this store. The colors pop, and they are always introducing new color combos and new twists on the iconic bunny logo. The possible drawback - the clothing is on the higher priced side. They do occasionally have some sales and specials, but you should definitely expect to spend a bit shopping here. But it is definitely worth it! read more

I enjoy coming here when I'm in Sin City/Las Vegas visiting or getting away for the week or weekend. The quality of Psycho Bunny clothing feels comfortable, not too heavy and not too light just right as I would describe it. I have purchased many items spending several thousands from this company over the years because of their quality however the customer service received recently was embarrassing horrible. I had a recent birthday and my kids purchased a few items for me, but when I went to return them for one size smaller, they said I was over the 30 day return policy (it was about 50 days). All I wanted to do was exchange the clothing for a different size, but the store Manager said it was an impossible task because it was over 30 days. I explained to them that I was deployed overseas and was unable to return immediately but they didn't seem to really care. Again, I only wanted to do an exchange but they refused. Going forward, even though the quality is nice, I will not shop anymore at Psycho Bunny and I will advise others to do the same. read more

OMG l LOVE THE PSYCHO BUNNY.... Finding a replacement for old school POLO brand shirts isn't easy but miracles do happen. I'd ran into this The Bunny at Nordstrom's and l loved the color schemes but then strolling down the mall while engaging in some heavy retail therapy I found a store entirely dedicated to the coolest new brand of clothing around. My therapy session had me acquiring 8 amazing shirts for the 2021 spring / summer fashion season. And "YES" all were with various vibrant color schemes and bunny logos. Now high praise for Psycho Bunny sales team for bending over backwards assisting me with locating shirts , sizes and allowing me to try on to get the prefect fit. Keep in mind I was experiencing seriously heavy OCD issues with all the options available, so they kept me in check. Now since the store is in Vegas I will need to come back soon just to upgrade the wardrobe soon. Fine quality clothing. Very fine but it comes at a price. Psycho Bunny will definitely set you back but man it is so worth it if you can find the right fit. Their clothing usually comes in crazy colors so finding a total head to toe fit can be a bit difficult at times which is part of the reason I only grab a few pieces from them. They tend to go with alot of bright highlighter colors so if you want to stand out they got you. When I purchased my first sweatsuit from them I had a little sticker shock for a second. Then I touched it and looked at it a few more times and told them to ring me up. $300 for a sweat suit and their shirts can be as much as $50 just for a tee. I really like the sweat suit, I liked it so much I went and grabbed the shorts at $90. Even with them being a little snug in the crotch area it was a tuff pill to swallow but hey I'm ready for the summer too. As I said the quality is great so it's pretty much worth the price. Was out and about doing some Xmas shopping, and I found this store. Loved how I was greeted by the sales associates and they even offered to help me look for clothes in my size. And even if they were out of one thing, they said they could have it shipped to my house instead. I will say this place has some bright colorful choices to wear. If you're a size Large or larger, don't even bother coming to this store. Honestly, read this again if you didn't comprehend. This place has nothing in large sizes. You're better off visiting their retail store in Cesar's Palace mall and paying the extra money for a size that fits. The store here seems to always have discounts since it's outlet but good luck on finding a size that's Large or bigger. If you're shopping for a child, no problem. Plenty of small sizes. As they do have stock in the back, you find they're not always stocked. Call ahead if there's a particular style you're looking for. You'll save on the expensive parking and your time. If you didn't understanding the first time, read this entire review again so you do. Might as well let this be a warning than an actual review. I will say it's funny cause the associates wear their brand but I was perplexed on how this even happened. Parking at this mall is ridiculous. I never heard of paying for parking at an outlet. customer service at the store level is below any recognized standards. It is unfortunate because the online customer service is great. Seems that since it is tough to get employees these days, that the company is okay with poor store management. The Store manager at the North Park center was not helpful at all. Wanted to return an online order. He stated there was a NO refund policy. I asked him to show where it shows that on my order or online. He said it was "HIS discretion and HIS policy". So I called customer service to initiate the refund, and they said I could return it at any store or mail it in. Since the service was so poor, and I have no trust that the manager will actually send it in, I decided to mail the refund in. Pretty disappointing and has turned me off the product. The staff was very inviting and quickly helped me find what I was looking for. There's only a handful of stores that stock this brand so it's cool to see they have a shop here just for Psycho Bunny. Chris informed me that if I ever find anything online I can contact him and they'll ship it for free. My teenagers love this brand, but since it's expensive it's a treat to get the clothes.
