I don't know if this is due to tariffs or if it is due to the Economy; just everything costs more nowadays. Checked out the Clearance - located in the back, but when I saw the pricing, kind of lost interest. I don't really need anything, just browsing. Honestly I do have a lot of clothes. I used to really love this store. Stringbean is now a bit bigger than children's sizing, he's 13, so it's Mens Small for him from now on. But we usually go to Kohls.

Very disappointing experience with Anthropologie. About 10 months ago, I returned two items…read moretogether in one package using the company's USPS return label and was later told by customer service that the issue had been resolved. Months later, my orders started getting canceled without explanation, and I began receiving emails accusing me of keeping merchandise that had already been returned. I explained multiple times that both items were returned together, but customer service responses were repetitive, confusing, and unhelpful. When I requested the corporate address for a complaint, they repeatedly sent the warehouse return address instead of properly addressing my concerns. The entire experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and frustrating. After being a loyal customer since 2018, I no longer feel comfortable shopping with Anthropologie due to the poor communication and lack of accountability.

I spent time, and purchased items in each of my favorite stores where customer service is consistently top notch: Neiman Marcus, Zara, Free People, Ecco etc. I started my shopping day, in Neiman Marcus where the moment I came up the escalator headed to the pick up perfume, at least 5 different sales people greeted me, and even walked with me over to the Jo Malone station, waited with me until the appropriate sales person arrived, and helped me look for the specific scent I desired. A sales person also called on their cell phone, to find out where the sales person was that I needed. She stayed and chatted with me until the Jo Malone representative showed up. This same kind of attention to detail and excellent customer service was offered in each of the other stores I shopped at as well. Unfortunately, this was not the case at Anthropologie@Fashion Show Mall. I was ignored when I first walked in the store by several sales people who were in the front of the store. And I heard and noticed sales other shoppers, who came in the store after me, receiving a warm "welcome in" greeting. I walked in big circles around the store for 20 minutes slowly, and still not one sales person came over and asked if I needed help! I finally ended up at the very back of the store near the stock room and dressing room, where a man who looked like he was stocking the shelves, noticed me on his way to take a rack of clothes to the discounted section. He kindly asked if I wanted to have a look at the clothes before he took them over. We chatted briefly because at that point I was so relieved someone finally acknowledged me in the store. Exhausted by the entire experience, I was ready to leave, when I noticed a man with a turquoise and silver necklace on, walk all the way from the cash register, cutting directly across my path as if I was invisible, to let the gentleman shelving the sales items know, when to take a break. He then walked past me a second time, ignoring me, however he acknowledged and warmly greeted another female shopper nearby. I decided to stop him, and ask if he was the manager. He said he was one of them. I pointed out how badly I felt being in the store for over 20 minutes and ignored, and then worse than actually being overlooked in the store, he said, with the nastiest most patronizing and condescending tone, "Ooooh My"! No apology, still no greeting, nor any inquiries as to what I might be shopping for! I told him what a major problem it was for the store to greet some customers, and ignore others. He continued to make condescending remarks as if making fun of me. I simply walked away, and before I headed out of the store, I made certain to remark to another one of the "so-called" managers how I was ignored. She was a bit more sympathetic, however by then it was too late. Long story short, if you are a POC, don't bother shopping at Anthropologie@Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas. They have horrible customer service!!! Spend your money elsewhere, where the sales team cares about the shopping needs of all people. I purchased items from every other store simply because of good customer service.

The store is full of cute clothes, many kinds of fashion jewelry, shoes and more. The store is more for younger girls I would say. The cuts and styles are not for me lol but I did buy a pair of cute summer shoes with a gold shell on top and a necklace with shells. So so cute. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. Overall a very cute store to check out, you won't be disappointed.

I saw several articles of clothing I wanted to try on and was commenting on them for 10 minutes with my partner. Interested in the clearance rings, Delma helped us figure out which ring was which size, since to the tiny sticker tags had all fallen off. Even so, it ended up that the ring we wanted didn't have a tag at all, so Delma just typed in the item's number to ring us up! Here's where it goes south. Soon after leaving, we realized the rings were actually probably NOT the right size, noticing how swollen our fingers were based on me not being able to take my every day rings off easily. We then figured since we just left the store less than 15 mins ago we could come back and do an easy exchange for the smaller size. WRONG. Manager, Lucy, was immediately rude when we asked for help in an exchange. She talked in a condescending tone, listing policies for why she couldn't do an exchange on jewelry. She claimed she couldn't exchange it due to hygiene purposes, even though it was encouraged we try them on before purchasing- hmmm. We then proved it was bought minutes ago, to which she just asked to see the ring tag. (As mentioned before, it didn't have one.) So, she then pointed out how the size listed on the receipt was a small, yet we had brought back a large. THEN instead of just saying there was an error and she could exchange them due to a mistake in checkout, she and started blaming Delma for the whole thing and said now she HAD to grant us the exchange. First of all, it's not Delma's fault your tags suck. Most retail employees also just type in the code of the item if they dont have the tag. But Lucy accused her of making mistakes during checkout and talked to her in a rude way. She then reminded us twice that we would not get the privilege of an Allsaints jewelry exchange again. As if she has the authority. So yeah, she gave us the exchange, but she absolutely should have, and she had NO reason or right to *belittle* her employee, especially in front of customers. I also said i would just buy the smaller size after her first rude words, since they were marked down so much, and yet she continued on her high horse. Cherry on top, I later went to the AllSaints website and the only jewelry items it states I cannot exchange/return are pierced earrings. Yay for Delma and the other cool employee with gauges, boo for the cold manager.

Love Hollister as they have such comfortable fitting shirts and sometimes I do find fun and cool ones in the clearance section which is a treasure these days and this Hollister is located in the Fashion Show Mall one of my favorites on stop area to browse. On this visit I noticed a jacket which turns out to be for fitness which I still don't understand how it's supposed to be used but it was nice and comfortable and on sale! There was no sales staff whatsoever to be found even while I struggle reaching it from the top rack and just trying it on repeatedly wasn't a great thing but did manage to find what I've been looking for at a great $25 price is amazing but was disappointing not to have been take care of though is a clean and well organized store. Warning - Unauthorized Charges…read more I visited this store one time to accompany a friend while she was shopping. Since I was there, I purchased a single item. Somehow, after that one purchase, I was automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription without my consent. I didn't realize it until about three months later when I noticed recurring charges on my bank statement. I never signed up for a subscription and honestly wouldn't have anyway because I did not like the items or the quality of what I received. When I contacted the company to get reimbursed, it turned into a complete nightmare. They kept telling me to contact customer service, which I did multiple times. The strange part is that they claim they cannot find an account under my phone number, email address, or credit card. The only reason they say they can't locate it is because my purchase in the store was made by tapping my phone for payment. At that point, I had no choice but to block the charges through my bank. What makes this even more concerning is that after mentioning this to my friend, she discovered the same thing happening to her. Her sister thought my friend had been using her credit card because she had been getting charged monthly from Fabletics as well, even though she never signed up for a subscription. It gets worse: my friend later discovered that her deceased partner is still being charged monthly for this subscription. This is extremely concerning. There are recurring charges being taken out every month, yet there are no accounts tied to the payments and no clear record of merchandise or subscriptions. The only proof these subscriptions exist are the bank statements showing the charges. Be very careful when making purchases here.
