My inquiry was returned almost immediately with a very fair and attractive quote, and they were more than accommodating in scheduling a mutually agreeable appointment time. While the location of the shop is somewhat off the beaten path of 355 proper in an area that time has seemed to have forgotten- I arrived at the agreed upon time, was greeted in a most welcoming manner and Iron Mike's took it from there. I was assured the work would be completed and I could pick my truck up at the end of the day so I decided to visit the Original Pancake House and explore White Flint and Rockville for the day-- To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a phone call from Iron Mike's and was advised my truck was ready, everything went smoothly and I could pick up my truck any time. When I arrived, I was more than surprised to learn that because the job went a little quicker than anticipated, my bill was well under the quote and was incredibly fair !!!! It is so nice to see a business that appreciates YOUR business, coupled with taking pride in their work and more importantly doing a great job. It is also abundantly clear Iron Mikes knows their way around a car or a truck- and are very honest mechanics which is a rarity in this area. The owner of shop told me about how great his alignment machine was, but I overlooked the fact that though the machine is important, so is the knowledge and expertise of the person conducting the alignment. So after the shop screwed-up the alignment on my car, I took it to RRT. It was my first experience with the shop and given their visible focus and history with BMW vehicles, coupled with a visible focus and experience in road racing, I thought this would be a good decision. Thankfully, I was absolutely correct. I worked with Michael and had an appointment for 8am. By a little after 9am, the car was done and the work was exceptional. Additionally, the cost of the alignment was both very competitve and a great value, given the quality of their work and what I was quoted by other shops in the area. In short, if you have a BMW, I would recommend this shop without hesitation for alignment work. Also, given the array of impressive customer cars that were in the parking lot when I visited the shop, I can only assume that this is a great place to take your BMW. Period.

This has good radial tires and never had to worry about any electrical problems with the lights. Unfortunately I sold it when I sold my truck.
