Bill stayed after hours with my husband and figured out what the issue was... his compassion and care meant everything. I recommended him to anyone I knew who talked about car repairs. however the 2nd time,he misquoted me price &I assumed he did but he said he would be out the next week. He was very patient with me. I do not know a lot about cars but he took the time to show me what was actually broken and what needed to be done. I needed a new radiator and engine and after all the repairs he would call to check up to make sure everything was running smoothly. Since the fix I have driven in my car for a total of 19 hours and not a single light has come on and it runs like new. I trust Hap 100% and he is not the type of person to rip you off.

They told me to take it to the dealer and have them look at it. the dealer replaced the axle they put on the car and I went back to them to sort things out. I showed them the receipt of work from the dealer and they denied they did anything to the car and charged me for something else and mocked how much I paid. I thought I found a mechanic I could trust and now I will have to go looking for another disappointed that I wasted my money and time.
