I've heard of D1, because several of my son's elementary school friends go there to train for…read moresoccer and football. Yes, train, not practice. The facility hosts a full-sized youth indoor football field, complete with astroturf and yard line markers. A weight area completes the arena, and Ortho facility is next door for physical therapy or to treat sports injuries. Germantown Football League was hosting a tackle clinic here, and I can't wait to see what other sporting events bring us back!

Second, The Kickstarter is a series of five small 1:1 sessions to assess your fitness and allow you to quickly become a butt kicking class member. This is done by testing strength, flexibility, and endurance. Last is the level program that allows everyone to do the same workout while having modifications built in based on the assessments mentioned above. This has the added benefit of the trainers being able to meet you where you are. I showed up because of word of mouth and would love to pay that forward. It is worth coming in and see for yourself. Ask lots of questions and see if you are not impressed by the team!

Amanda was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked through the door. She modified routines for me, which I greatly appreciated, and coached us during the whole session. I never felt embarrassed or out of my comfort zone, which I was really nervous about. I highly recommend this place to anyone! Even the other members were very friendly and helpful! Amazing.

I was visiting from out of town for work and took a class here. The studio is spacious (coming from…read morean SF studio especially!) and well circulated. The class was just as expected - a great workout with a fun playlist which is all I could ask for! I actually accidentally came to this studio but booked a different one across town and they were very sweet about it and accommodating. Bc of that, I don't remember my instructor name since on the app it shows the other studio...but she was excellent as well as the woman working the front desk! I did notice that they don't provide sweat towels at this studio but I don't think that's a given at all OTF locations. The rowers were also a little older and didn't have the same monitors I'm used to. Neither of these really affected my workout, just something I noted!
