I arrived around 10am, super friendly check in service and was quoted 5-6 hours to come back. My item ended up being ready in 2.5 hours, but mostly what I appreciated was the text message responses. I received a text message when I dropped my item off, with the ticket number and expected pick up time, and I received a text message when my item was ready with the ticket number. As someone who gets an obnoxious amount of spam calls, to the point I don't answer unknown numbers, I greatly appreciated the text messages about my item.

Whomever had used the hot dryer that is intended for cotton items prior to me, put something that left a distinct chemical smell. The smell is REALLY BAD. Enough that I now have a headache from riding in the car home with them. I'm definitely going to have to rewash my stuff, and waste more money ANOTHER day off. The laundry attendant was watching TV the entire time we were here. She clearly isn't monitoring the machines for cleanliness. It was neat to just use an app and add money/time to your wash load that way. I had movies and books on my phone, brought my headphones, and did my own thing while waiting for the laundry to finish. The laundry took about 100 minutes total, since I needed a little extra time for something to dry. I'm not complaining, I'm just happy to find a clean laundromat with all of the machines working.

They finally agreed to compensate us, and I also asked for a refund of the dry cleaning cost since they ruined the hat. They did not agree to that, saying they had to wait until the owner returned. So, I agreed to wait for that part of the refund, and took the hat home. The next day they called, and wanted me to return the ruined hat to them before they would cut a check. LOUSY customer service!
