I arrived around 10am, super friendly check in service and was quoted 5-6 hours to come back. My item ended up being ready in 2.5 hours, but mostly what I appreciated was the text message responses. I received a text message when I dropped my item off, with the ticket number and expected pick up time, and I received a text message when my item was ready with the ticket number. As someone who gets an obnoxious amount of spam calls, to the point I don't answer unknown numbers, I greatly appreciated the text messages about my item.

Now, if you have a wedding or prom dress with crystals, they recommend you take certain items to their parent location on Fireweed Lane. If you've got a tough stain on a shirt I recommend going there too. They don't take risky items here. They're great for basics and UGG's. Also I like that they're up front about suede like boots and jackets. They recommend you take those items to Alaska Leather off Minnesota & Spenard. I was picking up and saw they now will deliver to your home or office for FREE! TIME SAVER! You have to register for this service at the Fireweed Ln location. Will do! That's Service!

The second to the last dryer nearest the restroom stayed cold. At .25/4min it wasn't a huge loss for me. I do recommend this laundromat (with dry cleaning offered on the other side).

It was neat to just use an app and add money/time to your wash load that way. I had movies and books on my phone, brought my headphones, and did my own thing while waiting for the laundry to finish. The laundry took about 100 minutes total, since I needed a little extra time for something to dry. I'm not complaining, I'm just happy to find a clean laundromat with all of the machines working.

I had an important appointment to attend last month and when I was about to wear my suit I noticed a stain in front of it. It makes me irritated because of that sudden problem I had. It was one of my favorite suit I used for my important appointment. It's been a year since I bought it and used for about five times. I decided to bring it here hoping they could remove it. The "small" washers, which are still pretty darn big are $4, their medium machine, which is very large is $7, thier large machine is $9 (big enough for a quilt and other stuff), their monster super giant is 14.50. That machine is literally big enough to put a human in or like 5 fluffy quilts and a bunch of other stuff. Their dryers take quarters, so you get to decide how much time you want to assign. Different machines have different values depending on their size and heat. Recently they got some new machines and they are super large and super hot so they are 3 min for a quarter, but they dry really fast. Others are like 5 or 7 mins for a quarter.
