Disappointing Experience We visited PT's on Friday around 1:00 PM, and Kerri was our bartender. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. At first, I thought perhaps she was simply having a difficult day, but I noticed a very clear difference in the way she interacted with us compared to the gentlemen sitting on the other side of the bar. She was warm, friendly, and engaging with them, but whenever she came over to us, her demeanor became noticeably serious and distant. She wasn't very talkative or welcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Our order was also incorrect, but we chose not to say anything because she already seemed unhappy to be serving us, and we didn't want to create an uncomfortable situation. My husband and I rarely get the opportunity to go out together, so when we do, we simply want to enjoy a nice lunch and have a pleasant experience. Another detail that stood out to me was when other customers were leaving, she acknowledged them and said goodbye. When we were leaving, she looked in our direction but never said goodbye or acknowledged us. On its own, that may seem minor, but combined with the rest of the interaction, it left us feeling as though we were being treated differently. I also have a video recording of part of our interaction that reflects the way she spoke to us. I'm choosing not to post it because, honestly, I don't feel it would reflect well on the business. I would rather give management the opportunity to address the situation privately and professionally. The service was honestly the bare minimum, and I initially didn't feel that a tip was warranted. However, we still chose to leave over a 20% tip between the cash we left and the amount added to the bill. We live just down the street, so it's unfortunate that this experience has made us hesitant to return. We also own a business ourselves, and we understand that everyone has difficult days. However, we would never want someone paying for a service to feel unwelcome or as though they were being treated differently. I hope management takes this feedback constructively. A little kindness, professionalism, and consistency in customer service can make a big difference in a customer's experience. read more

We go to this location a few times a month for dinner and drinks. We always tip well and love the bartenders. We have also been going to this location for the Super Bowl every year for the past few. We showed up early today for the Seahawks Patriots game, and it wasn't very crowded. Our bill came out to over $100. In the past, Sean has asked patrons to turn their phones off so it doesn't distract the other customers. Every other time we've come for Super Bowl, the volume and the vibes have been loud and fun and boisterous. Tonight, we asked him to turn their volume up for the Bad Bunny halftime show, and he barely turned it up at all. We could hardly hear it. A customer at a table behind us turned her phone to the Turning point "halftime show" and played it loud, and we had to ask her to turn it down because we couldn't hear the ACTUAL halftime show. We spend a lot of money at this location FREQUENTLY, and it seems like there are different rules for different people. I guess being a regular doesn't really matter. This particular PT's made a political stance by failing to keep the halftime show a genuine entertainment option. It turns out that if you want a halftime show at PT's, it needs to be heard from anywhere but the provided Super Bowl halftime show. There was a strange protest version of the halftime show for YouTube viewers? I watched what appeared to be a leader berate a guest who wanted to hear Bad Bunny (the highly anticipated artist). He even actively showed support for the guest boycotting the halftime show due to a racial dislike of Bad Bunny. Shame on this location. Wanting to hear the halftime show did not need to become political; you are a bar. read more

I usually come in during the day on a Wednesday or Thursday and the girl behind the bar is so unwelcoming. You can tell that if you aren't one of her normal people she doesn't give you the time of day. Really sad actually because I like the food here but feel so unwelcomed by her. Once the night people come on its different they are all happy and talkative. Just this one blonde lady with tattoos that works during the day. She has RBF for days and watching her interact with the waitress that shows up is disturbing. She is rude, mean and looks completely bothered by the girl who shows up. I don't know how this bartender is even employed here. After talking with other people sitting at the bar they told me that this is her attitude and they try to time their visits to not deal with this bartender. Bartenders are a dime a dozen in this town...why have someone that pushes patrons away and not brings people in....makes zero sense on how this women even has a job. They're extremely friendly, hard workers and I'm very irritated entitled Karen's thing the world revolves around them. No issues with the food. The issue was with Kerri who had zero personality & was more worried about giving us rules of what we could not do which is interesting as she took the order & then it as like hide & seek time. I had to go up & ask for a refill also crazy as maybe 7 customers were in there. For a moment I thought just maybe she is like this on a normal day until I watched her engage with the 2 guys who walked in. Then Kerri was a very different Kerri, attentive & kept asking if they needed anything. I am confused as a paying customer, why am I uncomfortable to feel as I am bothering her to do her job in which I go to work & choose where to dine & leave feeling less than. It isn't like there was employee #2 that I could ask for help/service. She needs to treat everyone the same & leave her judgement card home. And forgive me for not knowing that Nevada law states that you cannot be speakerphone in a public place, but Kerri was sure to remind me. read more

We were at table for 15 minutes then had to ask for waitress. Sampler was room temperature. Two of three order of wings came out hot. Had to ask where third order was. Finally came out and not hot. Got second round of drinks in paper cups because there weren't anymore clean glasses. You would think there would be more staff on UFC night. read more

The service and food here are truly exceptional. I've had nothing but great experiences in terms of the quality of drinks and the welcoming vibe during the day. But what I witnessed during the graveyard shift has left me deeply disturbed and disappointed in the management. There is a young lady working the overnight shift behind the bar, and while she is clearly talented, friendly, and professional, it is absolutely not a safe environment for her to be in. I sat and watched as the energy completely shifted when she took over the bar. What was respectful and kind during the earlier hours quickly turned inappropriate and downright uncomfortable once she stepped in. Drunk patrons refused to listen to her, lingered long after being asked to leave, and treated her like she was there for their entertainment, not doing her job. It was crystal clear even without her saying a word that she felt unsafe. And what's worse? The company clearly doesn't care. There is no excuse for allowing a young woman to work completely vulnerable, late at night, surrounded by intoxicated people who lack boundaries. This is a great bar, but it's not worth celebrating if you're willing to sacrifice the safety of your staff just to keep your doors open overnight. Management, do better. Move her shift and make a man work at night. You are failing her by keeping her in this position, and people are noticing. It does not make sense that I have come in on multiple different days and she comes in for a night shift and a man leaves this needs to be switched.Until something changes, I cannot support this place in good conscience. read more

With the times we're in now, we called ahead to make sure we didn't need to place a reservation and just to double check if they were open. The guy on the other end was nice enough to also let us know that they had a very limited menu in terms of food, which we totally understood. This PT's location is in a beautiful spot across the street from Target and nestled in the back of a pretty dead shopping center. Both times I've been here, it hasn't been that busy at all. In fact, when we came here last weekend, we were one of two groups that were there. The inside is decorated really nice with a bunch of Vegas photos. It also doesn't smell like smoke at all in here. The bar is beautiful and actually has nice padding around, as well as spots for you to charge your phone if you want to keep drinking and playing games. The guy and gal that took our drink and food orders were super nice. Right now, their menu is pretty limited to burgers, appetizers, wings, etc. I really wanted a salad since I haven't been eating the most healthy lately, but they didn't have any of those options right now, just FYI. They are serving everything in plastic cups and disposable takeout stuff. I'm assuming it just makes it easier that way. I still can't wait till the day where I can have a cold beer glass though. Still, it was such a nice feeling sitting AT a bar again! The food here is pretty good. I ordered a burger and it was cooked just the way I asked, medium rare. Definitely was juicy and delicious. We also go mozzarella sticks, too, which were delicious. My husband got wings and said they had a little too much garlic on them, but he really enjoyed them. read more

Been coming foe over a year and have found the most amazing chef in this place. Smiley has such a gift and every thing he cooks is to perfection. Love love love the staff, always cheerful and friendly and welcome you with a smile. The low score is for the food which has really gone downhill recently. Everything is overcooked, especially anything fried. This makes it greasy and hard to eat. We've been coming here for 8 years and have never had this issue until March. There was a new server Laila who was also amazing. There were times Heather was busy and Laila asked if we needed anything even though we were sitting at the bar. Although the service was good, the pizza was horrible! It had zero taste and was so thin that I thought it was the cardboard box by mistake! Additionally, allowing smoking indoors should be a thing of the past. A couple of inconsiderate gamblers ruin the meals and possibly health of non-smokers. Great place with good food to unwind and chill. Came here a year ago and felt like we were family. Moriah greeted us with a smile and bubbly personality. Welcomed us in from San Diego. She knows the menu well and helped us order our food with ease. Never easy moving to a new state and feeling like you don't belong, but Moriah made us feel welcome. Been coming here for over a year and love Moriah and Leila, BEST SERVICE IN TOWN!! These two really know how to treat their customers and never complain. Can't leave out Phil our favorite bartender. Went to pts for dinner ordered two draft beers and after drinking from one of the glasses I found some kind of scum in my beer! I made the waitress aware of it and she promptly got me a fresh beer. So, first visit here, 2 months ago we thought it was just the waitress for our food taking so dam long being delivered to our table but, what do ya know. Just ordered a regular hamburger with tots. An hour ago. I ordered rare burger. It came cool and medium well. OMFG! Still here. Waiting on THIS waitress. She did come and said she was sorry for the long wait. She said the the cook is backed up and out order for 2 hamburgers and tots will be here soon. Well, there was 3 tables with total of 10 people in the restaurant area.
