My husband and I stopped in for a quick bite before Christmas shopping. What a great choice this was. The staff was welcoming upon our arrival. We ordered two appetizers as we played machines at the bar. The time we arrived was during a shift change and the staff did not miss a beat. Our drinks kept coming and our food came out quickly. We opted for the pretzel and carne asada fries. The mustard for the pretzel was so flavorful, it was delicious! The fries were satisfying and fresh. The bartenders were attentive and genuinely made an effort to connect with us. The other patrons at the bar were nice as well. I love that about Henderson, such a hometown feel. read more

What a hidden gem! We went in to play a twenty or two after day shift last week. We had a baked potato, and it was so delicious! Absolutely huge! Between the two of us, couldn't finish it. But took it home anyway. The bartender Gena made us feel so welcome. She was so attentive, gracious and kind. This bar is extremely lucky to have her there. She also will set somebody straight if they are being offensive, or rude. Which is absolutely great , as it makes everyone feel safe. While we were there , a guest made a few racial slurs and inappropriate comments. Gena did not accept it, and put the man ( twice her size) right back in his place. Fantastic to whiteness . She is a strong, beautiful woman who's work ethic is exceptional. read more

New fave! I'm just a half mile away from this place and am so bummed I haven't been in sooner and more often. (I'd mistaken this place as affiliated with the now defunct Norm's; unfortunately, it was a one and done experience there back in 2020.) The bartenders we've met so far (Lee, Gina, and Justice) have been super friendly & so awesome! It definitely drives home the local bar feel when the staff makes an effort to introduce themselves/ask your name/keep little conversations going while you're there. Had the Aces cheeseburger + bacon, the jalapeño burger, the buttermilk chicken sandwich, and the Cajun chicken sandwich so far (all w crinkle fries). Fries came out hot & crispy, and each burger/sandwich was definitely worth ordering again. Can't wait to try everything else on the menu! read more

These bartenders are some of the best in town. Gina, is one of a kind, she's such a good person. Her personality is magnetic, and she exudes warmth. Justice is a delight. He's so sweet, funny, polite and genuine! Lee is also on graveyard and is so lovely, so attentive and always smiling I come here sometimes to play and have a couple of drinks after work . I never win. But, I feel So comfortable in here. The place is small and cozy, and they lock the door at a certain time . The only down side really, is the side door seems to be open sometimes, and people Will just come in unexpectedly, right behind you. It must be an emergency exit. But it makes me a tad nervous. The guy behind the bar was rude, I just had there 2 minutes before the incident, and for being the very first time in the (palace) it was very bad experience. I was talking to my daughter over phone, and I was using my speaker because the music was loud, He tried to push me to the side. I told him he was a special person for being an assh0le. Not real impressed! The place is clean and has a cool feel with a large dining area sewerage from the gaming bar! But this is a gaming bar that clearly only cares about the gamers! We stopped in for Happy Hour. We were noticed right away as the place was almost empty besides about three gamers at the bar. The bartender quickly placed napkins at a game at the bar, but sighed "oh" when we asked to sit at a table. Our server came out and when I asked what Whiskey was in their well she had to ask the Bartender. Our drinks were served tall and very weak, well that's probably why only three dollars. I was never offered a second round??? Even though the bartender was within a few feet of our table she also failed to care or notice my empty. She did however notice when her regulars came in and jumped to get them a beer and a shot before they even made it to their game of choice! Hmmm? Our server was seldom around as she seemed to be busy doing side work. She got our order wrong , we ordered Tots and she brought fries. Never brought a side of mayo and brought my wife a second drink, but again failed to offer me one. My Greek Salad was excellent,fresh and had a good amount t if grilled chicken. The chicken sliders were dry and obviously a freezer item chicken finger cut in half! The place was extremely clean. We were never checked on to see how our food was. I love this place! I live close by, and it is a great local hole in the wall bar. All of the bartenders are friendly, attentive, and all-around great! It is a small local place but it is always very clean and well put together. The food is pretty standard bar fare with their baked potatoes being the standout. Nothing is going to win any contests, but everything I have had has been fresh and tasty, and the portions are generally more than I can finish at a very good price. They have a good assortment of gaming machines ranging from old school to the more updated slots. This is a great place to stop in to have a quick lunch or come by after work to relax. Much better food and lower prices than the other 24 hour places. There's a restaurant side that's open with natural light. There's also a loaded baked potato restaurant inside the restaurant. They give you two separate menus. The bar in the restaurant is spacious and comfortable with padded rotating seats. There's a USB charger at every spot. On the bar side, it's darker with a blue under glow under the bar. Feels modern. Service is good. read more

I normally give positive reviews however, these people should close their doors to the restaurant. Their bar might be open 24/7 but they are losing money hand over fist or at the very least not making the money they should be with the restaurant. The restaurant never opens for breakfast before 10 and most of the time not before one. They're constantly saying their cook did not show up or their server did not show up. They have a nice beautiful restaurant with good food and yet they're never open for breakfast. We have been invited to go into the bar and eat but I do not eat in smoke filled environments. If they have a manager he or she should be fired. They most definitely should fire anyone not coming to work and costing them money. Hire more employees. How hard is that? read more

Dropped off my car to get tires at big o and there was gonna be a little wait, so I walked over to Aces East to check it out for the first time. I walked in and was more than pleasantly surprised to find a great new neighborhood bar and restaurant. Great music playing. Classics from the 60's-80's. Open 24hrs. Great place, definitely a step up from a neighborhood PT's or Sierra gold. A little smaller but MORE inviting, cleaner and newer. Tara was the bar tender, she was great, and there were a few regulars there when I walked in, it was just a very friendly inviting atmosphere immediately. I ordered some fries off the menu and they were fantastic, large portion, cooked to perfection. I definitely noticed the attention to detail with something as simple as a basket of fries cooked and seasoned to perfection. First impressions are everything, and Aces East definitely made a good one. Will definitely be back. read more

So disappointing... Used to looove this place..had a great atmosphere and food... Today I ordered food for pickup and the order was completely wrong... I contacted Aces and attempted to speak with the manager... Tara... I tried to explain what the order was supposed to be, and that I am diabetic and unable to eat what was given to me.. All I wanted was the order corrected or a refund... I understand mistakes occur.. But she spoke over me, argued, and called me a liar! I had multiple people around me who were as shocked as I was to her attitude...she was literally yelling at me... She then said she would have her GM contact me and hung up on me! Who does that?? Where is customer service? I will never visit this local place again.. Which is a shame.. Since I enjoyed their bar and gaming as well as the food... Jordan was filing in from a different location and I hope I never see her here again. First she made a rude comment when we inquired about the regular bartender (we were just surprised, not trying to be rude). Then she actually told my son-in-law "you can stop thanking me" after he thanked her for the two things he'd asked for. It took my daughter 15 minutes to wait for her to come by so she could ask for change (there were only six other people in the bar). Jordan was inefficient, unwelcoming, and she had the bar as bright as a high school cafeteria. She is causing damage to your business. read more

The food!!!! there isn't something on the menu that has not been impressive from awesome pancakes to properly cooked meaty wings the shrimp cups are awesome and well portioned the staff are great and they always are able to mix things up if you like the tomato soup home made style and a hearty grilled cheese this place is where you have to check out even with kids the restaurant is great and prices are not bad at all no other cooperate owned bar/food place in near Aces cant compete. I've been to the west location and the east location is equally amazing! They have amazing food (tempura Oreos) are a must! I really enjoyed the modern feel and all around good vibes. Everyone who works here is super nice and attentive. Will definitely be coming back! read more
