Needless to say, no one ever showed up and when my guest arrived for her surprise party, myself and our guests were all standing in the heat outside the building. I eventually received a call back from a representative with the Par Pub apologizing for their scheduling error and offering a later time that day, but at that point we were half way through the party that we moved to the bowling up the street. In my opinion the offer was dismissive and rude, given the circumstances. I asked for a refund of the $171 I had paid upfront and I respectfully declined the offer for a later time. To say I am disappointed in this experience is an extreme understatement - Maybe they should call themselves the Sub-Par Pub - definitely a more fitting name given their lack of care.
