    Back patio

One of my favorite spots for twenty plus years and still great quality and vibe. Love the sandwiches for lunch and pizza and fries are my favorite for dinner. Family friendly and college friendly. Never a problem finding seating inside or outside. Inside has a nice fireplace in the winter. Pool table (which I never use, but others enjoy it). My favorite is sitting in the back patio with my family. Large table option for a bigger group too. Nice center grass area for my kids to play. The front porch also has seating that is dog friendly. Can't say enough how much I love the classic Pub N' Sub.

this place also makes really good burgers so that's got it going and all the right ways

Pub n sub is always there when you need a hot pie and fries. The reason a few stars down is the quality was different tonight. The dough wasnt as good and the fries were shoestring instead of steak fries. We ordered seasoned and got regular. I didn't have a bad time, but it wasn't the best time I've had there.

I really enjoyed getting to experience this place on an "off" day where is was comfortably populated and perfect to be on the back porch The burger was tasty and and fresh on an amazing bun. Everyone was welcoming and very happy. It seems like it's an all walks of life place, which I loved! I really enjoyed coming here and will be back again and again!

    Good bar!!

College wine and beer bar with decent food. Stopped here after a softball game in N. Reno to try the wings. They did not disappoint. Bar is beer and wine only in case that's an issue for you - it is not for us. Wings with traditional sauce. Very nice spice with a flavorful sauce and plenty of it. Wife had a sandwich that was tasty as well. Really nice Italian cold cuts with good dressing and bread. Definitely a college bar though not a factor for us as it was the end of summer. Would expect crowds on the weekends.

Waited 30 minutes for cold fries and over salted subs. Only decent thing was a slice of pizza but not worth the 80$ spent. Would recommend a different place for sandwiches.

Ive been coming here off and on for over a decade, usually with a group of friends. Its great for day gatherings when the weather is nice out on the back patio. This time I was craving a sub at about 9pm at night on a Friday night (yeah I know) and I was around the corner. Called and ordered for pickup. took about 10 min. walked over and it was busy with the college crowd, no surprise. Ive had subs from here before that were ok. but this time was extra meh. Ordered a #4: salami, turkey, and cheese. The ingredient to bread ratio was ridiculous. The turkey was SO thin you could literally see through it, one layer of that, one layer of salami, and one cheese. all too thin. It was basically a bread/salad sandwich. (most of the lettuce fell out of course) so I just took off the bread top and ate it that way. For an almost $13 sub that was not worth it. So I guess make sure you get "extra meat" (+ $2.75) if you order when its late & busy? All in all my total was almost $22 w/ tip for a bread sandwich, a small dinner salad and a half filled small container of ranch dressing for it. Not really the vibe this time 'round :( I will be back I'm sure, but not on a Friday night

Classic old school place!! Great service and great sandwiches... and the half sandwich is a whole sandwich!! One ordered combo cheese sub with veggies. She loved it.... Fresh veggies and all the cheeses!! One ordered Grilled Cheese... didn't realize they put seasoning on the bread but it was still good... and the fries were perfect! I ordered the #3.. bread was fresh and all tasted so good. Glad I thought to revisit this place!

My rant..I'm not from the area so I had NO idea what this place was when I walked by. It looked cute so my husband, myself and child walked up the steps and they sat outside while I went to check it out and see if this was a bar/club/ restaurant. I walked inside and instantly got the death glare from an employee. I instantly said omg I take it this place isn't kid friendly.. he rudely said no. I wanted to clarify and confirm even outside ? He said no. I apologized and they left but the vibe and way he said it was definitely off putting. My sister and I decided to stay for a drink while my husband/child went to walk around. Usually I don't give bad costumer service a chance.. but I realllllllly wanted a drink that one of those others customers were drinking. If this place had better costumer service. It would be a 5

We had two very different tastes (vodka and tequila) and she nailed both drinks perfectly. The bar felt clean, welcoming and comfortable even with its edgy vibe. It was due to the seasoning. However, it was packed with a variety of flavors. It wasn't dry and loose, which is what I have encountered at a few other places. All in all, there was so much in it that it was difficult to evaluate what I was eating, which is a good thing. It means I'll have it again :). It functioned as a whole rather than as separated ingredients to give a complex flavor profile, which I appreciated. The fries were seasoned beautifully. Very savory. I enjoyed them. Cooked wonderfully as well. The tortilla chips in the nachos.. I don't know if they were made there or not, but they gave the impression of being store-bought. The quality was not great. The nachos themselves... plenty of ingredients that you can mix together, but the ingredients weren't like a complete package. They were like a pile of separate things. I expect a well-balanced mixture of ingredients. The layer of queso was below while the avocado was clumped up at the top. The ingredients separately were quite bland. I wouldn't have this again.
