    Smashburger and hand cut fries
    Lanna J.

Ok, another hidden jewel on Heinberg street. What a great double smashburger with all the trimmings and special sauce, and the Italian beef sandwich was beyond delicious. Extra bonus hand cut fries. Preparation was a little slow but it was made to order. Will definitely go back a very interesting menu!

Do yourself a favor and get the kimchi aioli... that stuff is absolutely delicious! I had the Mi-so Hungry burger with French fries and my husband had the Sharkbite Burger with tots... OMG... they were both delicious! The beer cheese on the Sharkbite burger wow so crave-able and will be on my mind for days! The Mi-so Hungry Burger is like a garlic butter burger with miso flavor... definitely unique and sooooo good! The tots are crispy and perfect... but those hand cut fries... lord have mercy... get them! They have the best flavor and taste even better than they look! One special thing is that they will deliver your order inside Doc's Hop Shop when it's ready... so you can go in and enjoy a delicious cold beer while you wait. Make sure you try the Hefeweizen or the Blood Orange Ale... or do like I did and mix them together (sounds weird, but it was hella good!!!). The bartenders were awesome and made us feel right at home! Come out and support this amazing small business... you won't regret it!

Great food and even better customer service! Doan definitely understands that to be successful in this business, it's critical to have fresh, delicious food with amazing prices and great portions, all while delivering the best customer experience! His truck is located behind the brewery, so it's easy to drive past it without noticing it.  Both of our meals came out of the kitchen where a work of art, both visually and in taste. This talented chef delivered a Smashburger that is by far the best I've ever had. The two 1/4-lb patties, bacon, caramelized onions, and butter bun were absolutely delicious. My wife ordered the breaded chicken bites and loved every bit of them. This dish had everything, including the Korean gochujang, delicious kimchi aioli, sesame seeds, and cilantro, which were served on a bed of fries! Bottom line: I couldn't believe I could get such a great meal for such a great price in Pensacola! I look forward to stopping by more in the future.

Great food truck the owner is really passionate about his craft and has the capability to do a whole lot more but he is a hidden gem behind the brewery. Definitely recommend the burgers! I devoured both of these and several beers.

Mushrooms and sauce are pure perfection!

Great, classic smash burger that checks all thr boxes. Fresh ingredients, awesome chef, excellent service, even the cheese was crispy on the edges like you always want but rarely ever get. Chef can execute some tasty snacks! Awesome experience and food that makes you plan ahead.

Left K poppers on fries, right Sharkbite smashburger and tots. Beer available at Doc's Hop Shop in same parking lot.

This food truck is located right behind Doc's Hop Shop. We ordered the k-poppers which is popcorn chicken, Korean gochujang, kimchi aioli, sesame seeds and cilantro over your choice of tots or hand cut fries. We chose fries. We also ordered the sharkbite smashburger which was 2 nice sized burger patties, beer cheese, caramelized onions, and mayo on a brioche bun with your choice of tots or fries. Everything we had was very delicious, my husband's fave was the k poppers. The beer cheese on the burger was a bit too mild in flavor, but it was a great tasting, well cooked burger. The fries and tots were cooked to crispy perfection. The owner and his coworker were very friendly and they brought our food inside to Doc's Hop Shop when it was ready. I prefer the darker interior/decor that Doc's Hop Shop had when it used to be Gulf Coast Brewery, but it was a nice, cool, comfortable place to eat and the beer complimented the food very well. I'm glad I decided to skip the special event that I was invited to from this crowd-sourced review app to experience this food truck on my own. App merch is not worth consenting to an invitation that will compromise my values or my medical confidentiality, I just prefer to support small business. IYKYK.

Don cranking out awesome food !

Brown Bagger Food Truck Pensacola's brown‑paper‑bagged…read morebeauty of burger bliss man, lemme tell ya, nothing hits quite like a food truck burger when the spirit calls for something honest, greasy, and downright soulful. It's one thing to swing into a classy restaurant or belly up to a fine bar stool, but sometimes an old coot just wants a bun in one hand and the smell of grill smoke on his boots. That's where Brown Bagger delivers the goods, and then some. I pulled up to that truck on a sun‑soaked afternoon, and there was this fella let's call him Big Mike on the flattop slinging patties like he was born flipping 'em. Big Mike didn't just make my double Wagyu smash; he gave me a PhD in burger philosophy between laughs. "You ever notice," he said while slapping that sizzling meat like a pro wrestler body‑slamming a bad guy, "a burger's only as honest as the fist that builds it?" I tell ya what that man could sell sand in the desert and make you thank him for it. He stacked cheese, grilled onions, and that signature Bagger Sauce onto that bun with the sort of focus you usually only see from surgeons and ex‑wives signing divorce papers. Those burgers? Forget just good they're the kind of juicy, salty, glorious mess that makes you smack your lips and swear solemn oaths you never thought you'd swear in public. Smash‑style wagyu patties, fresh fixings, and just enough attitude to remind you that this? This is the golden era of eating food trucks parked next to bars, cold beer close at hand, and a butcher's apron of stories to take home with ya. So if you find yourself in Pensacola with a hankerin' for something that'll make you slap your knee and grin like a mule eatin' briars, roll your way over to the Brown Bagger. It ain't just a burger it's a roadside sermon in a bag, preached by a man who knows his beef and your funny bone. Amen.

As long-time fans of Vietnamese cuisine, we missed our usual Pho and Vermicelli bowls, but the fried rice and Bahn Mi more than made up for it. The owner is incredibly sweet and personalizes every order. We loved the convenience of grabbing our food. We decided to go all-in on their fried rice, ordering both the Chicken and Shrimp versions & Banh Mi. Since they don't do Pho or a Vermicelli bowl, the Bahn Mi is their absolute superstar. The bread has that essential light, crackly crust, and the roasted red pork is incredibly tender with just the right amount of sweetness. The rice had that perfect flavor without being greasy. The shrimp were surprisingly large and fresh, and the chicken was tender and well-marinated. Vietnamese Iced Coffee was the highlight. It was thick, syrupy, and bold with a strong caffeine kick balanced by sweet condensed milk. It paired perfectly with the savory fried rice & Bahn Mi. Di Da is a hidden gem for anyone who appreciates authentic, home-style Vietnamese cooking. Whether you're a local or just staying nearby, it's a must-visit.
