On the day of the move in, I was confused as to how the security system worked and the code for some reason did not work. I called in to ask and Jack was able to quickly fix the code issue as well as providing a thorough explanations as to how the gates work & how to make sure my unit was secure. Very responsible, kind and patient, I am glad to have someone like him managing the facility. Would highly recommend! Our belongings were deliver on MLK day. Even on a holiday, we could talk with a lovely representative at customer service who assured us there would be no issues. There weren't!!
