These are my opinions based on my experience obvioulsy, but I would NEVER rent from Public Storage under ANY circumstance.

I needed something convenient and I didn't want any hidden costs. CubeSmart met that criteria. Stephen helped me by answering all of my questions. He was very thorough in explaining how to enter/exit the facility, how to end the contract, etc. Whether I need to visit the office or just drop off things at my unit, Stephen is always cordial and professional. CubeSmart is tucked back from Ford Rd. and the facility is quiet. Initially, I thought I would only need the unit for six months. If the pandemic last beyond the summer, I may have to revise my timeline! CubeSmart was a good choice.
