I believe I'm shadowbanned from the websites chat feature after getting my rate lowered one time because now any time I try, it's busy. I need my lock cut and replaced, it was scheduled and then I never heard back, no update, can't get in, leave a message and get no response back. Not to mention the unit costs double the price of when I originally got it. The customer service is non existent. Save yourself a headache.

Clover is AMAZING! Two people at the counter who showed me the available units, where to drop my POD and where to store it (at NO extra charge), simple pass code to get in, SUPER clean indoor facility, amazing. These are my opinions based on my experience obvioulsy, but I would NEVER rent from Public Storage under ANY circumstance.

Prices aren't fully disclosed, elevator does not work properly (press button to go to 2nd floor the elevator does not react until 40-50 seconds no matter what you do). Be careful about fees - add ons (lock rental, contents insurance). You can provide your own lock but be sure it will adequately secure the locker (might need an add on red latch which they will provide). Corporate customer service doesn't return calls or follow up.

She was instrumental in helping us resolve a problem with one unit and navigating the move from two units to one. She answered all our questions, gave us options, and made sure all the paperwork was in order when we eventually closed both units. Karen provided exceptional customer service, even responding to texts outside of normal business hours, which was greatly appreciated. She is definitely a "problem solver" at Public Storage.
