The process of getting the storage was pretty easy, but I may have been confused by the contract. I thought the space was $1 for the first 30 days, but there was an additional charge of $76 that was not explained to me which I follow up on. The unit is pretty spacious and was what I needed for a short period of time. The main source of the low review is the insects and roaches what were in my storage unit. The unit was outside and on the 2 times that I visited, there were SEVERAL daddy long legs and small spiders that crawled out AS SOON as I opened the door! Additionally, on my last visit there was a BIG ROACH THAT WAS IN THE UNIT!!! I hate bugs and I am nervous that there will be bugs/roaches in my belongings that may not have been sealed all the way. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this facility due to the bugs. No one should have to be paranoid that there will be bugs in their belongings. read more

They make you buy a lock and it is their special combination lock.(So they can get in without your key!). Once in 5 years was the office open at the time stated on the sign. Prices doubled in 5 years. Competitor is half their price. It's all about the money, mine and yours. If you had not gone up last month I would not have moved. read more

Barely a mile from I-77, this Public Storage location is convenient and easy to get to. Most of the buildings are on a bit of a rise, so there is some protection from flooding (though I understand that some units did get wet during the big rains a few months back). I was concerned because I was only planning to be in here for three months, so when I came back after two years and opened the doors... perfect! Untouched! Undamaged! Other than a few dead bugs and some dust, it was exactly the way that I left it. Prices are decent and they have specials that might be worth looking into. Pay here or pay online or just let them debit your bank account automatically. It's quite secure with a gate that needs a code and then you can put your own lock onto the rolling door. And once the door is closed, you have the anonymity to protect you. I'm really pleased. read more

I originally had some small issues while reserving online, but after calling in and speaking with Tamika, she was able to help me pick the right units, cancelling an old reservation I accidentally booked and got everything corrected in person. When is came time for me to vacate Kianna helped my parents tremendously by loading and moving my belongs. I went to access my storage unit today, it had been over 2 years since my last visit. I needed some extra assistance with the lock so I went to the office. A wonderful lady, Tamika happened to be working, thank goodness for me!! She went way, way above in helping me, even assisted me in moving most of my things to a different unit. Worst experience with this company. Rented a deposit for about 1 year, a couple of months into the contract they increased the rate 10% - i guess is probably on the small letter that they can increase rates as they see fit? - and when closing my rental agreement they wanted to charge me $100 because i used their massive dumpster to drop a suitcase... claiming dumpster was for employees only (hard to believe because it was full on a million things). In any case not a simple "thank you for your business" , "we apologize for the inconvenience but you cant use our dumpster" etc. Just a threat about chasing me down for $100 if i dared to use their dumpster. The customer service lady couldn't be rude even if she wanted to. Is public storage seeing that places offering the same service are popping up in town everywhere? Anyway. Never again. read more

Have been using this Public Storage location for their outdoor vehicle storage, which is large and ample compared to other storage facilities contacted in the area. For a while the gate was broken for a while. Reached out to the local office who told us we should contact the corp office cause they wouldn't spring for the few hundred dollars. Contacted the corp office and did get a call back that it would be fixed that week. Not sure if that helped but glad it was secured quickly after that. We also came back one day and had a car parked in our spot. We left a message after hours and did get a call back quickly that they were taking care of it and having it towed within 5 days. This place stays busy let me tell you! Basically every time we stop by we see lots of people there. Overall I would recommend this lot, which is close to both 77 and 485. read more

The service here is amazing. Kianna is extremely informative and patient. I also love how clean the property is despite the "dirty renters" the grounds are always kept up. I would recommend coming to this location above the rest simply because there is a level of professionalism you don't run into everywhere. read more

I have no complaints about this property. The customer service is knowledgeable and usually very nice when I go into the office or call on the phone. Economical storage space for a reasonable price. The only reason that I would leave here is if I found a lower price somewhere else, since I have to watch my coins! read more

Im only placing a 4 because Ive not officially moved in yet, however, I did have the pleasure of meeting Ms Savannah (and Elliott). Both were a great help and made this process so easy for me. I had pictured this property completely different, but both went over AND beyond trying to make sure that I was comfortable and at peace with my decision (whether I went with a neighboring facility and how I spend my monies).
