AVOID this location!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. The units are run down with poor lighting and interior panels falling down. The customer service is horrible. We started at a very reasonable rate about 1 year ago; which was quickly increased by hundreds of dollars. They lure you in with a low rate and then issue increases every 6 months or less. We had to hire a moving company to move all of our items to another reputable facility with proper lighting and great customer service. To make matters worse. I needed to dispose of two bags of paper and a small bookcase. I located the trash bins and the gates were "wide open" upon my arrival. I placed the bags in the dumpster and left the small bookcase outside the dumpster as it was in "good condition". Imagine my surprise when we received a very unpleasant phone call, accusing us of leaving the trash gate open and we were labeled as "dumping" and assessed a $75.00 dumping fee. These folks are hungry for money and will do anything for it. STAY AWAY!!! Choose another facility. It's not worth the headache when there are many other options. read more

The grounds are dirty, many of the doors are broken, and the contents inside are spilling out onto the grounds, there was rodents, I had two units broken into, I spoke to other tenants that had their units broken into, they raised my rent three times over the past two years, they found that my locks were cut off my units. They put new combination locks on the units sent me an email to let me know that I left my units unlocked and did not give me the combination to the locks that they put on. They left my locks laying on the ground like more garbage The lights in my unit never worked and one of the units flooded, and everything was wet. There is always creepy people lurking around the lot looking for a place to sleep, etc. There are always people in the lot doing mechanical repairs to old vehicles or old appliances, etc. There is a giant pothole that you cannot avoid that is over 8 inches deep Left several messages never got a return phone call After I moved out and left a bad review. Storage space was broken into because it was apparently in a blind spot, which no reputable storage space should have. I was told the district/general manager, or someone with higher jurisdiction than the location manager would contact me. I was patient, but that never happened. I bought one of their locks and trusted their unit. Never again. I wish that I could upload pictures of how flimsy the mechanism they bent to break in was. Not only did I have to pay for that month, but despite telling them what was broken, I was barely given an apology. The manager just seemed scared that I may escalate the complaint. I didn't. But you know what was broken? The urn holding my mother. The urn holding my uncle. The urn holding my aunt. Nothing else in there mattered. Public Storage does not care about you or your belongings. They are a feckless and irresponsible money trap with no sense of liability, guilt, or integrity. I'd say shame on them, but from all indications, they aren't capable of shame. read more

Had a rep call me to book a 1pm reservation to meet with someone to start a storage space. It says you can do everything online but apparently you actually can't? I got all of the email communications and time confirmation. Nobody ever showed up and the facility was closed. I called customer service from my email and got transferred 6 times before finally telling the last person that this must be a sign from the universe and decided to use another storage company. read more

I've had a unit at 10111 Park Rd for some time now as my business Casperella Music & Entertainment My 5 stars and salute go to Miss Kim, who, with Jairo prior to his leaving, both worked stronghold to clean up /out all those that caused clutter and confusion. It's an extremely pleasant experience now with that alone. I communicate with the office any time I see anything suspicious or out of the ordinary as I am at my unit all times of day and in the middle of the night as a musician, transferring equipment after late night events or just to practice in private. I'll even take pictures to show, to protect other people's properties as well. Miss Kim is always quick to respond with preventative ACTION and is constantly out checking and keeping the property clean. She is a very sharp individual and I'd give her infinite stars if that option was on here. She always presents herself in a professional manner and reports any concerns there may be to her higher ups If it's something she has no control over. Standing ovation for Miss Kim!! I know lighting has been an issue for some time as there is an area that's completely dark. Although she and others have reported it, corporate states they don't have to replace them because they are just a courtesy, but that would be my only complaint with the "wecare "email addressed to corporate if the goal is safety and security, otherwise it was a waste to put them up in the first place. Also the corporate inspections seem to be more attentive to what people have in their unit instead of minor damages if any, that may need attention. I don't need people seeing what I have. I was rented a damaged unit (which I'm ok with because I accepted it) and although my rent keeps going up (over $100 just this year alone) corporates concern have not geared towards the reports they receive keeping our property protected, as my equipment is not "cheap" . My experience speaking with customer service is like calling to be either hung up on or chewed out by people who have no idea about what actually goes on as I had an issue with my entry code once when Jairo was Mgr and I had to call one evening some time ago and lost money because I couldn't get to my equipment for working that evening. I originally rated this location as a 1 star and only because I couldn't rate them lower. I was treated rudely and not delivered what was in my contract. If I could give them a minus I would. Lied, lied, lied. Quoted one thing tacked on $3k more said they use their own trucks - lie charged extra for dead space for motorcycles piled stuff on top, 2 Russians who can hardly speak English show up days late, in a pile of crap Gordon Trucking semi then state its $150 extra to take items to basement after I told the rep. Exactly what needed to be done. Had to call the sheriffs department to keep them from leaving with my stuff. THE WORST MOVERS EVER.... read more

I would not rent from them again. I rented a parking spot for a year and a half and they raised the rent over 30% in that time. I scheduled a move out date for the 30th and told them first thing in the am ,on the 1st, that I had vacated. They billed $3.19 me for the whole day on the first. Really??? From reserving the unit online to working with Michaela and Tiarra at the location, my experience with Public Storage has been wonderful. I moved to the area from out of town and had to drive all of my things in and was cutting it close to closing time, but both women stayed later to ensure I was able to move my things into the storage unit that night. Both women were extremely helpful and kind taking their time to assist me with paperwork and any questions I had.
