This Public Storage locations is one of the best in the area for about 15 miles. It's clean and staff are very knowledgeable and professional with all areas of business. I can not say enough about the facilities cleanliness as well. read more

I'll try to keep it short and simple. after 3 months, prices unexpectedly shot up over 33%... from 300 to over $400 for a single unit. following this, a month later a handful of units had a break-in. Good luck getting your belongings back, they're not liable! Genuinely a horrible experience. read more

Public Storage has an easy online rental procedure that was quickly able to get me a storage space without my having to visit the site. That being said, they were limited in the storage facility locations that can accommodate an 18 wheeler moving truck. This meant I was forced to rent a unit from a different one of their facilities, much farther from my original choice. Also, I'd have liked to have seen my unit in a photograph and have seen a "street view" of where exactly, within the facility my particular unit was located. *Because the 18 wheeler had to negotiate some tight corners. if I could give a negative star I would! we have two units at this facility. our 5x10 unit is falling apart, with the ceiling coming down. my husband has been there multiple times and the office & general manager agree to keep the price at the original monthly fee if we could make it work. each month the bill comes with the incorrect amount and each time my husband goes down there and hast to have them correct it. This month I paid the lower amount that was agreed-upon and received multiple phone calls and text messages that the full amount hasn't been paid. I spoke to a gentleman there who saw in the computer that it was supposed to be changed back to the original amount, and said it would be taken care of. yesterday I receive a phone call from a woman who sees the same info in the computer, And also states that she will call the general manager and get it taken care of. Later on last night I get a text message that we no longer have access to our unit. My husband goes down to the office this morning and the gentleman that he has spoken to numerous times snuck out the door when he saw us access our other unit there and left the building. To say the service is the worst I have ever experienced is an understatement. read more

Karen the manager was most helpful in finding the right storage unit for my needs. She got me set up with their mobile app that allows one to manage their account etc but with the added feature of automatic gate opening from your phone. I had my unit picked out, locked, paid for and out the door in 20 minutes. read more

When you rent from them think price gouging. They suck you in at a reasonable rent then raise it tremendously. I have rented for 8 months and there were 3 price increases in first 6 months which hAS DOUBLED what I started with. read more

Imagine storing your belongings in an area. You close the rollup door put your lock on it and drive away. Now imagine having rats walking all over those belongings. I stored my stuff for a little over a month. A month and six days to be exact. When I went back in to the storage unit, I found rat droppings and holes nibbled into the corner of boxes and bottles. See the attached pictures. I was so grossed out that I moved out immediately. I paid the rent for a full two months, and simply asked for a prorated refund of the second month. The manager informed me that under no circumstances do they offer any prorated refund and gave me his regional bosses phone number. I have NOT received even the courtesy of a returned phone call after reaching out to their corporate headquarters for the last two weeks. If rats don't bother you, then by all means rent a unit at this facility; but if they do, find another of the many other storing options that are available in the Delray Beach area. read more

Turn and run. They have let this place go to hell and the units are almost as watertight as the Titanic. There are all kinds of maintenance things from water damage inside and out to a pothole covered but not filled so it still makes trucks wobble badly getting over it. read more

The storage unit is secure and I have no fear of being robbed. There are, however, several things that I find unfavorable. The first is that there is no garbage container to throw away unwanted stuff. The second is that there are not enough carts to haul items in and out of the facility. The third is the price. I feel that it ts much to high. read more

This place gets a 5 star in service. I had to make a last minute storage reservation for a furniture delivery. When I called customer Service, they were able to line up a storage unit within minutes. I priced several different locations and selected the location on Hagan Ranch in Boynton Beach, FL. The reason for my selection was the initial cleanliness and offer of free rent. However, as soon as I signed up and began moving into my unit - everything changed. I did not get my free month, as advertised. I spoke to several different people, including the DM - but was only given the run around and told to pay the amount or they would restrict my unit. There were additional undisclosed fees (I was told that I had to purchase their insurance and their lock) - which were not discussed in the 3 or 4 calls and visits prior to signing up. Secondly, the building is newer; which is one of the reasons that I chose this particular location. However, there are roaches everywhere. The hallways smell like cigarette smoke. No garbage cans in sight - so, everyone just throws their trash on the ground. Finally, on move in day, my 71 year-old mother was with me. She asked to use the restroom and was told she couldn't. She was directed to the gas station a mile down the road. Customer service is horrible. There is no concern for current tenants. I will never recommend this location to anyone. I am very disappointed! read more

Place is infested with rats and cockroaches. Destroyed most of our furniture and clothes. The Willis insurance company is a scam. I had dead rats in my storage due to them throwing rat poison in our unit. The manager Bill seems nice but lies behind your back. Had many other units at public storage locations and never had an issue with them. Absolutely disgusting facility. Don't believe me? Ask to use their restroom and find out for yourself. read more

On July 30th 2021 I rented a small unit from Public storage on Atlantic Ave, Delray Beach Florida. It was late on a Friday evening and by the time I checked the unit the office had closed up. I found the unit to be damp, to small, very dark and had a bad smell. Early the next morning I called to cancel. It was less than 24 hrs. The manager said that I needed to call the day before to cancel. She refunded the price of the lock and the rent for July 30th and July 31st. I also had paid for August in advance because that was what she required at the time of rental and a $28 administration fee. She said that she would have to check with the owner on Monday to credit me back for the month of August and the administration fee. I never heard from them again. They took $185.51 at the time of rental and only refunded $36.85 14 hours later. This is very bad customer service. I did rent another unit at EXTRA SPACE. J.C. was very helpful and secured a really good monthly rent through the online deal. The unit looks clean and doesn't appear to have any type of water damage. However, I will definitely wrap my furniture thoroughly in plastic wrap and check my unit after every major storm to see how drainage is on my row. I will also be leaving a couple of rattraps and roach motels by the door and checking them monthly. read more

Jacobi is worst employee. He told me the restrooms were out of service and then about 20 minutes later, he gave someone the key to use the restroom. He is very lazy and rude to customers. I have been renting here for years but, I am cancelling this month because of JACOBI. read more

I felt very secure using this space for my items that were taking up to much space in my condo. The young lady that booked my extremely knowledgeable about what was available to rent and every detail on the paperwork and moving in details, I would recommend PS to anyone.
