This is price gouging and totally unfair and unjustified. I rent a 10x20 unit and have been a good client who pays my bill on time each month without any trouble. This is taking advantage of my need for this unit. This is far too large an increase, and $347.00 was already far too high. I could understand if I had more amenities, but it's only a concrete floor, the unit door is extremely hard to open, and dust blows in because the unit is not properly sealed. I know rats are in there because I have seen their turds. Insulation hangs from the ceiling. I will probably have to toss out a lot of things because of the rats and small animals.
