Mike the owner was awesome guy- friendly polite and professional treated me and my fiancé with great customer service he showed us the unit- plus how to operate everything from the front to the back- plus this place has awesome prices and inside units ac/heat security all around open 6a-10p witch is awesome closes only 3 days a year thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years !!! That's pretty awesome I like the security system and no one can break in security cameras plus video surround that's awesome!' Clean... clean... clean!!! There wasn't a speckle of dust in the whole building!! We reserved a 10'20 Climate controlled first floor storage unit. I love the staff!! I loved the cleanliness of the space and the general Manager was great!. Very helpful. I feel the company has gone a long way to make you feel secure and know your possessions will be safe. What I found difficult were the platform trucks that need more user friendly wheels. Some trucks were very difficult to push once loaded and all were extremely noisy as they were rolled. Also the code on the front sliding doors is a frustration as the doors do not stay open and it may be necessary to put the code in multiple times while moving your things in. It seemed like over kill and unnecessary when there is a password for the front gate and a password for the elevators as well. read more

Horrible Customer Service. Watch out for the manager Alvin, as he does not keep his word. They over charged me on insurance papers for three months but only gave me a credit back for 2 months (because they don't keep records and notes very well) then we had to call several times in order to get a referral bonus applied to our account. Alvin's attitude is cynical and he is arrogant. He believes he is doing the customer a favor by working there. read more

I came into the office a couple days ago and rented a storage unit. Chris was the representative that was helping me. He was very helpful and informative. I highly recommend going to Chris. He explained the whole renting process step by step and answered all of my questions and concerns. After we processed all of the paper work, he even took the time to lock up the office and walk me to my storage unit to ensure I could access smoothly. read more

I've had my storage unit for 7 months now and the service that I received from the very first day remains the same today. The Staff is very professional and friendly, and Customer Service is something I never had to worry about because they always assisted me with my issues. I was inside my storage unit and realized that I needed additional boxes and it hit me that the store was closing soon - so I was able to contact the store and spoke to Store Manager "Al". Al was very kind and understanding to my need, he stayed over to make sure I had all of the supplies that I needed to complete what I was doing in my unit. Eventually I needed a second storage unit and Al was able to accommodate me with one right across from my current unit. I have referred several people that I know that needed storage to this place and honestly, I couldn't have picked a better company to do business with. read more

Honestly for the price it cannot be beat! I was moving in a hurry and the facility I used in the past didn't have any space available. Being that this was the closest location with comparable prices, I thought I would give it a shot. The young lady in the office was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. She made a stressful situation (that I normally dread) feel less worrisome. The rental process went smoothly, and she took the time to show me around. I love the fact the area is so secure. You have to enter your code three times at various points just to access the storage area. Also, unlike the other location I rented from before this location has a bathroom so if you are moving and get the urge to go you don't need to hold it or stop everything to find a public restroom. They have multiple carts to help move your belongings (twice that of the other facility as a matter of fact). The facility and grounds are clean, well kept, well lit and you dont feel unsafe being there which is a plus for a female! The location is super convenient in the same vicinity as Gwinnett Place mall and they partner with Penske to give a 20% discount on a truck rental. The only thing I initially thought was a bummer (but ended up being ok) was the fact that you cant just bring tour own lock. They have a special type of lock that must be used due to the latch system. After Yessinia (?) explained how it worked and the security benefits I didnt mind shelling out the measley 12.99..you spend almost that much at walmart getting a padlock that could be cut with bolt cutters. I am very satisfied and definitely recommend this particular location. This may be common knowledge but the inside units are climate controlled. read more

I received a call on Saturday April 1 2017 to remind me of my reservation. I informed the young lady that I would be in. She thanked me we ended the call. I got to the office around 4:25 she said I am glad you got here before 4:45 because I walk the property at that time....She told about the property and told me I was unable to use the lock I brought because this store uses cylinder lock...She took me to my unit and said I made sure I walked yhe unit so I didn't get you lost (because it was her first dsy at that store). I saw the unit had some reservations about the size. She reassured me it wouldn't be a problem. If I needed a different size when moving cone to the office and I can change my unit. This pleasant young lady then informed me of insurance that we have to get. No one told nor did I see this on line but because she was so kind I didn't get upset. I moved in today all my things fit and I have a little more space for a couple more boxes. Thank you Keionna for easing my anxiety about this storage thing.
