We had a great experience with Public Storage at 1395 Pleasant Hill Rd in Lawrenceville. Our unit was ready and clean when we arrived to move our vehicle in, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I had a few questions regarding pricing and adding users to the account, so I spoke with Bobby, who manages the facility. He was courteous, professional, and very helpful in answering all of our questions. Overall, this location offers great customer service and a clean, well-managed facility. I will never ever rent from public storage. I move in this unit 12/2021 @$99.00 06/22 they went up to $153.00 I call and ask the mgr. ginger why such a big increase on a small unit she advise me that public storage are doing new things in the company?????? I can understand maybe $15-$20 so I moved out on Wednesday 6/15/2022. I ask the mgr. will I be credited back for the 11 vacant days. She stated that public storage do not do that. I don't understand that but anyway if you move out early with this company you will NOT received you prorated money back for the days that you did not use. Been with them 7 years. 6 years longer than anticipated, because it's clean - never any rodent or bug issues and outsides are kept clean, I felt very confident leaving my items there. Nothing every felt sketchy. Front office is hit or miss but the lady working the front office in October 2019 was fantastic. Knowledgeable about the units available and helpful. In fact I recommended another person who is now leasing a smaller unit. read more

I like the location that it is in and it was fast and easy I done it all from my phone I didn't have to go to the office my lock was in my storage and I got my gate code in a tex message and I can drive right up to it the only thing I don't like is it closes at 9 pm it needs to be 24 hour read more

The staff here is great, however the units themselves are a little run down and can be quite difficult opening and closing the doors. My main issue with this location however is the location. When trying to exit the parking lot to make a right turn, the view is pretty much completely blocked by trees and bushes making it nearly impossible to see if its safe to turn. Cars are right up on you in no time and if you're not careful you can be hit. Its even more frustrating when trying to exit the parking lot with a moving truck. This overgrowth really needs to be trimmed back for safety reasons. read more

The lady working there is nice but the whole thing sounds more like a scam. We reserved a storage unit online for $64 or something and ended up being hit with a bill of $140 to move in. Then we switched it to the first month for $1 and still ended up paying way over $50 while the whole time she tried to upswell us stuff we didn't need. She even said it's company policy. Then we were told that we wouldn't pay rent for the next month as long as we moved out by the 6th of the month which again was a lie. read more

This place is a first class rip-off. They suckered us in with a relatively low monthly payment, then not 3 months later, raised it by $30 a month. Just be warned they are greedy and care nothing about you or your situation. Do yourself a favor and shop around. I cannot recommend this place at all. read more

If I could give this Public Storage 0 stars, I would. I have used Public Storage before and this location is by far the worst. It takes forever to have maintenance done and there is always an excuse as to why. There isn't any follow up with the tenants. I feel you have to constantly stay on them to get something done. It took almost 2 months to have the light bulb changed in my storage unit and apparently there has been a leak that has damaged several boxes in the unit. The leasing office was made aware of the leak over two weeks ago and there still hasn't been any repairs to the leak in my storage unit. I've had live roaches in one of my boxes that wasn't completely taped up and seen a dead rat outside of my storage building that stayed there for a week or more. I am on my way out of this location and I don't recommend it to anyone. read more
