Service was acceptable right up until just after you make a payment. After that, expect the chaos to kick in, run arounds, finger pointing at the computer. The on site personnel will give you the 1-800 number. The 1-800 number will redirect back to the site. Isn't that creative? Oh, and if you "trick" the automated messaging system and speak to someone, they'll give you the district manager's name and number. You may not believe this, but when you call that number, you get a 70's classic rock ringtone, eventually followed by the ability to leave a message. After several attempts at this, that fictitious manager doesn't return the call. Go figure? It's sad that the corporate office doesn't step in an intervene. read more

It's very clean. I noticed the buildings were well spaced out, giving moving trucks ample room to park. Erika was real nice. She was very kind and patient in explaining things. They drive people on golf carts to their locker, if needed. You have to make an appointment to meet with a representative at this facility. You can't just do everything online, they want to see their renters face to to face. It's a new facility that opened around early spring 2015. Their business sign can be seen well from the highway. On site manager says computer controls everything, so call main 800 number, that results in a redirect back to the local office. Then after having to trick the automated phone system, you're able to speak with someone, and they give you the district manager's phone number, where you're provided with some music ringtones for a bit, and then the ability to leave a voice message. After 4 of these, I've given up on being able to locate someone that's able to help. After 4 months of what equates to a circle jerk, I've given up. read more

I've used a number of storage facilities during the past few years, and the Public Storage facility on IH35 near me is as good as it gets. It sets the standard for both facility and service. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and very easy to get in and out of. Alisha, the representative that I dealt with, was fantastic. The property manager, Robin, was very accommodating and approachable. She made my first storage experience easy and quick. She also made sure I got the right size storage unit because the one I originally chose online was smaller than I thought. She took me to a few different sizes to help me decide. The facility was very well kept and it was easy to move my items even though I had a unit on the third floor. read more

Running a business like this should be a crime. It is a run around. The on-site manager claims the computer is controlling everything. Maybe its a bad virus or something? I'm not sure about the computer virus, but the overall experience became a nightmare. The best way to see this specific site is in your rear-view mirror. read more

Very good property manager, clean indoor storage. Plenty of security, 3 lock pads before you can get in, don't see anyone getting in there.
