    Incorrect hours. Check "google" before you come folks apparently their hours are more up to date.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Called their "customer service" line and woman who answered was of no help. Location does not have updated hours posted anywhere. Gate sign read 6-9 daily. Today was our move in day and We planned our whole move (rented vehicle, called friends,etc.) on the hours the gate has listed. Living in the age of misinformation, I would imagine that the location, and albeit corporate office would make sure that the hours are consistent throughout all mediums (internet and physical location). Now we have to spend more money extending the rental all because this company (or location) cannot coordinate something so simple. Adding insult to injury the office closed earlier than 5. Managed to catch the "property manager" (or who I assumed to be) and try explain the situation and she held onto their narrative of the hours being updated on "google". Ok? But the sign reads they close at 9. For a long as this place claimed to be open, you would think they would update their hours of operation on all platforms at the same time. Horrible place. Horrible staff. Horrible company. Luckily there is no shortage of storage competition.

    I've been with the storage facility located at 325 Mowry Ave in Fremont when it was Mowry U Store…read more Met Lauren when it transitioned into Extraspace and now Securespace currently. Lauren has been a tremendous help because she was always available for questions. Ready willing and able to help when there was a need. Pricing at the facility is a reflection of what is comparable in Fremont and surrounding areas. Lauren understands and empathizes with price changes thus willing to step in see what actions and options are available. My experience thus far with the location is enjoyable knowing that the people there are willing to stop and take time to make sure all is well and that the facility is clean and well monitored. Keep up the good work...ill be counting on it.

Our company has been a loyal client of Extra Space--now Secure Space--for over a decade. However, the treatment my staff has received in just one month under the new ownership is the reason we're moving to a more customer-focused provider. Store Manager Emmanuel Balagot made it clear that customer service is not a priority. His lack of professionalism and unwillingness to work with us is unacceptable. When we paid our monthly invoice using the previous company's name, Secure Space locked us out because they couldn't process the check. How is that our fault? This delay put us behind for a month while we reconciled the payment. One payment issue--caused by Secure Space--was enough for them to deny us access. Good luck to everyone and remember there are other storage companies that truly value their customers. Beware of management!

    Very disappointing experience as a long-term tenant…read more We are paying over $10,000 per month in rent, yet the level of service we receive is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The Los Angeles-based sales representative is very difficult to communicate with and shows little willingness to support existing customers. What is most unacceptable is that long-term customers are being charged $0.3 per square foot MORE than new customers. We have confirmed that other tenants, working with different sales representatives, were able to receive a $0.3/ft price reduction, while our sales rep refused to offer the same adjustment with no reasonable explanation. It is hard to understand why loyal customers are treated worse than new ones. For the amount of rent we pay, this level of service and pricing discrimination is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise management to review their pricing policies and sales practices, especially regarding how existing customers are treated. This feels like a penalty for being a loyal customer rather than a benefit. If I could, no stars for them. And recommend for those who are consider to rent this facility. Think more about it.

    The call center for this business is a disaster. Sounds like there's a party going on in the call…read morecenter and they don't provide any real info regarding the pricing. They simply record your info so they can call you back later. Really bad customer experience.
