The place is inadequate. They have a mice infestation. Don't rent longer than 1 week or month if you can. Their trash can is always locked up. They do this to charge you fees if you leave anything behind. This is the scam they run. The manager locked the water pipe outside so when she leaves there is no access to water. The bathroom is locked after 5pm. They placed a code on the gate but can not place a code on the bathroom. They locked the small door so no one can walk out on foot only by using your code. It's a fire hazard. They supposedly place mice powder to kill them in black boxes that are usually empty the building is inadequate. Don't store your precious belongings here. It's a scam and you get charged fraudulent fees. I was charged a fraudulent fee of $475. It's a scam that they run by locking everything up. Then you are charged fraudulent fees. Avoid this location. read more

Typical Public Storage. GAMES. They lure you in with low rates, then once your moved in and it is difficult to move out again, they start raising your rates tremendously. Seems like 25% after about 3 months +/- then continue to do that every several months. This should be illegal! If you look online, the rates are usually then cheaper than you are paying as a 'loyal customer'! If you try to go to another public storage, you are blocked from the low rates since you are already a customer!!! WOW read more

Five stars all the way "April was excellent " she went way above and beyond , we stored a car for a year and a half there due to odd circumstances we went to pick it up. Of course the battery had died and we needed to replace the license plate . we had no tools jumper cables since we flew in from out of state . April retrieved jumper cables and sockets and WD-40 to loosen the bolts.from her personal car She helped us in every way she could, she provided exceptional service, we would highly recommend this location for its top class service, thanks April. read more

My move in date was October 1. Immediately after work I drove there to move in. When I get there I had a hard time finding my unit. I'm located on the 2nd floor and far away from an elevator. I would literally have to park near the elevator and hope no one else have to come through or I would block them in. There was absolutely no access to a dolly or anything and the office was closed. On top of that if it was open, I would have to drive to the office and back near my unit. A complete hassle and inconvenience. I was so frustrated and pissed that I didn't move in. I contacted them the same night and the next day. I called two numbers and the option to speak with a lease manager the phone hangs up. I called again today after the 5th time I selected a different option and was able to speak with someone. It should not be this tedious to get assistance but it was super easy to make a payment. read more

BEWARE! Very shady business practices! Every month is something! They will pull any fast one they can as far at extra charges. And they know they got you.. definitely would look for alternative place to do business. And rate increases at random. Will be calling corporate to clear up this issue. The facility is great, new clean. The employees in the office are friendly and personable. They do have quiet a bit if traffic in and out. Parking is tight. They clearly did not plan enough land or inside Parking to accommodate their level of traffic. Also, their security system is good, in theory. Access with code or linking your account to an app, but in 3 out of office hours visits I have 2 problems accessing. One if the 2, tech support was able to refresh the code and it worked. The other time tech support told me that the office had set my account to "office hours only" access and they could not override...WTF. Both times I contacted the office and left messages, asking for a call back. I did not receive a call. I am going to call them now and hope that I don't need to make an extra trip to fix their problem. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. I made a reservation the week before moving at the lowest price anywhere. I got an e-mail saying I had a "confirmed reservation". I show up with my U-haul truck after moving 1300 miles to be told my unit was rented. (WITHIN THE WEEK??? REALLY??? AND YOU COULDN'T CALL ME TO TELL ME???) They refused to honor any discount and I was stuck renting at DOUBLE the price I had reserved. They know they have you. Classic bait and switch. Where am I going to go with my full U-Haul truck? Customer service is also garbage. All they do is repeat "It is in your terms and conditions that it can be rented to someone else". BOTTOM LINE--THIS IS A TRUE BAIT AND SWITCH POS, LYING COMPANY!!!!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THE PRICE THEY INITIALLY PROMISE. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! read more

I am going to be personal about this Nightmare Place! they charge you handsomely and they don't even have AC, everything that you ask as a client, they take as a personal offense, and they are responsible for nothing During my moving, there was no access to my space a car that they didn't know nothing about was obstructing the way But above all. BEWARE OF THE RATS! They didn't take any responsibility for the Mice infestation !!!! I had only Furniture in that space, and a mattress, but Sedgwick, the insurance Cia was paid in vain and they managed to pay close to nothing to me . I came to the storage unit one year ago, and the price was not as quoted. It was a little bit more. It was not enough to walk away. Six months later, my rent went from $155 to 260. Total bill with insurance came to $285. Absolutely Ridiculous. I called in to see what could be done, no human I got on the phone could do anything whatsoever. I did however, get the district managers phone number, and let him know that you can't just jack up the rent for no reason and with no advance notification. No call back. I left another message, letting them know I would be leaving but I would prefer to stay. This is right about the time that the rats moved in. I keep nothing food related in anyway. I let him know that I am a disabled veteran, and a single dad. Still no call back. Had they met me halfway, I would probably still be there. The rats moved in, and destroyed my fishing rods, some boxes, and some sleeping bags. Not worth my filing a Claim, once you get done with the deductible. I just left, and swept a huge pile of rat crap and the third dead rat that I have found in my unit. Four complaints to the front office and nothing was done. I moved down the street to Extra storage. I was able to get one size smaller unit for 1/3 the cost. They were professional, helpful, and the place is clean as a whistle. Much better security, also. Don't waste your money with public storage. read more

This place is beyond annoying. I made a reservation online for a unit. They called & I confirmed I'd be there. They continued to call. At least 6 more times to confirm. They lost the business because I'm not going there ever. Most annoying customer service skills. Not even a bill collector harasses people this much. For a stupid $52 month storage. I don't recommend this place. In fact it's all public storages. They all do the same thing. read more

We were running late and they had called us to see how we are doing and we told them we were stuck in traffic and trying to get there as soon as possible they said all is good they will be there. When we got there they had everything ready to go and it took less than 10 min to get paperwork, and showing us where our storage unit was and since it was getting a little late they said if we did not get all our stuff unloaded we can park our 20ft U haul truck on the inside of the gate and come back in the morning to finish and for that we are very thankful. So yes we would definitely tell a friend or relative about our storage experience at this Public Storage location. read more

the process begins online, with selection of storage bin, confirmation and cost. i had to appear in person on site within one week, difficult if you aren't living in the state. messages are not returned and because employees are out showing bins, several calls to site before talking live. the site does not abide by the online price, the employee can not make the change, a call to the supervisor with a threat to report to bbb was the solution with another monthly wait. all of this and the tractor trailer truck could not gain access to the storage bin, creating another cost. beware, make sure charges line up with online cost, make sure if hauling from another state, tractor trailer can gain access (a question i could never get an answer from, either my calling 800#, or local site #; an answer storage company should have! this is their area of expertise). no changes can be made online eg, a larger unit. every transaction requires a visit, difficult if you live out of state. another thing...bring a lock otherwise it will cost you $15.00 to purchase from ps. all of this trouble and i have to change facilities because the truck could not fit! ugh!!! read more

Dirty property, roaches are everywhere and stairwells always smell of urine. They offer units for $1 for the first month but if you aren't careful they will charge you $20 for a lock and not even tell you they will just say that there are fees included with the $1 first month payment. Most of my items were damaged due to roaches and rat feces and urine. Make sure you get the best insurance and take pictures of your items before you move your stuff into one of the units. read more
