I came by the office since I was sent to voicemail and received really upsetting and rude customer service from an old white lady!... We are all human (not perfect) but she was just out of it! I moved out two weeks ago and forgot to take the lock off and thought nothing of it..(soon to find out I have to remove it or else apperantly I still have to pay for the unit) I drove 1 hour today came by the office to let the lady know that I have no access to any of my codes to go inside and remove the lock and she just gave me the worst and most grumpiest attitude! I was not dealing with that today and just gave her the keys to do it..shaking my head Public Storage!!! read more

They just started new hours, now open at 6am. I was working in my unit at 7:15am on a Sunday(8/3) and the storefront was closed. About 10 mins in, a site manager came to tell me that she had to shoo people away from my car in the parking lot, and asked me to roll up my window and lock the vehicle. I'm very grateful to her and her watchful eyes!!! read more

No one answers their phones. I called multiple times for weeks trying to close out on my storage unit, no response. I left voicemails, no call backs. They continued to charge my card. I don't reccommend this location at all. It's not worth the hassle. read more

What a waste of time they claim there's an outdoor parking spot 8102 but it doesn't exist called 10 different times spoke to 10 different morons and they all said the same thing.... Your space is 8102...... you would think that they would just put me to one of these outdoor parking spots but then they claim that the number is three do not exist let me tell you there's only nine parking spaces out here and they 3_ _ _ !! the property manager doesn't answer her phone so what's the point of even having her or him?... what a joke!!! read more

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Employees have nasty attitudes, are never there in the office (also with no signage), they never pick up the phone, always give out different responses when asked about a SIMPLE question. Especially the property manager. She needs to get a new job or resign, she'll argue with customers and yell at them when their own employee told the customer something else than what she's saying (with proof). Also the property smells so bad inside like death couldn't even come in without the overbearing smell and it is also rat infested and not with the small ones. Not worth coming here at all. There will be rat feces inside your storage unit. Find a better storage (won't be hard AT ALL), because this one has gone downhill. read more

Stay away from this place. I've been here for 4 years and it's been great until a year ago when a smell on the second floor made it impossible to stay there for more than 10 minutes. And now RATS! Everywhere! I personally had to clean out 8 dead rats from my room in April 2023 and then more once a week since. The smell of death is soooo bad I have to wear a respirator with carbon filters as I go up there to slowly get my stuff. I have to bag boxes full of rat crap and then trash them at the neighborhood dump. All i store are boxes (empty) that I keep to resell items and these were all chewed through by rats. I also kept photography equipment and now the items smell soo bad I can't use them because of the smell, piss and rat droppings. Last week I even found a few fighting in between the boxes. I would post photos but they are disgusting. To make things worse the managers expect me to clean the rat droppings and rats that I pulled out of my storage. They don't even allow us to use their dumpsters to dispose of them. Was a nice place but now it's a dump. Stay away!! read more

i initally posted a good review because they were sooo nice and telling me about the insurance.. not!! people stay away from this place-it is infected with rats!!! the orange store insurance is very misleading! they only pay $250.00 for rats eating ]up your s**! and that is the highest amount. (note.. i got the highest amount of insurance) i am pissed!!! read your insurance papers throughly!! please note this rats is too big to kill with anything less than a shot gun!! you must shoot them they are so dang big! i aint never seen nothing like this and tail is longg as he**!!! i have lost all of my mattress which was all pillowtop! i have lost body pillows, throw pillows, bar stools, some king size comforters i had in bags that they ate threw! o, its more- got stuck on elevator and had to call 911 ecause people in office wasnt in office to answer. 10 minutes the young girl saw me on camera and actually before cops came- and yes she knew i had called them. my boyfriend went up there and let them know how infected the place and all they could say that they have someone to spray every week and of course he let them know they should come everyday and stay all day! there was customers in there and he told the manager if front of customers, "why want you tell them is placed is full of rats and the insurance dont cover what they are led to believe?' of course she stood there speecheless and looking in awe. when i found out ( was out of state working) so when i came back and found out`-- i vacated immediately!!! you have been warned! the 5 stars are bs!!!! read more

Horrible. Rats are everywhere, destroying property. When I reported this to the manager, she handed me an insurance brochure. I said we shouldn't have to replace our property after the rats destroyed it! Then she said they put out pesticide. Whatever that was, it smelled so strong that we had to leave. Public Storage is excellent the unit is nice the building is very secure. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Facilities are nice, overwork in my opinion the only staff member on site. This however is not the site if you need access beyond 6pm.

Best public storage location I have had with amazing customer service. Raymond was great but most of all, the price for the amenities that it comes with is unbeatable. I feel safe with all the cameras and individual access code. Will recommend to anyone! read more

I would have given this storage a five star if the access hours are a bit better. 9:30 till 6 on weekdays, those are my working hours. I can only access it on weekends. The weekends hours are fine, 9:30 till 5. Otherwise the building is clean and like new. The staffs are courteous and helpful. It will be perfect if the hours were 11:30 am to 8pm. read more
