Within a few months my price increased and it continued to increase until I was told my new monthly rate would be $298. The company never notified you in advance of these rate changes, and the service and quality of the unit does NOT warrant these types of prices. I went into my unit and it was COVERED in rodent poop. Bags were eaten through, poop was all over the floor, all over my furniture, and in boxes that were closed. The unit was so hot and humid and it was unbearable to breathe due to the amount of soot and feces in the unit. The couch got hit the worst with the infestation as it is covered in decomposed rodent poop. I asked the company if they could dispose of it due to their negligence and they told me that I needed to get rid of it myself. They said if anything was left I would be charged a hefty fee which is ridiculous considering my furniture is now ruined and instead of taking it with me on my move I need to dispose of it AND buy new items. I asked the woman working if she could at least reimburse a month's rent due to the state of my belongings and she said there was nothing she can do. This place knows that there are rodent issues. They have bait traps all around the units and the facility is quite frankly disgusting. I am so mad at myself for paying as much as I did to now have to go out and buy all new furniture. I will NEVER rent from a public storage company ever again.

They say your things are safe secure in a clean facility and nothing to worry about. That's a lie. We had our unit for a year and a half, just a small one with mostly boxes in it. We went to finally clean it out yesterday and the place is disgusting with bugs. We had dead bugs all in our unit, all over our boxes, they were stuck in the tape to some boxes, huge bugs dead under stuff and inside our stuff, and some sort of water or chemical damage to a violin case that we had in our unit next to the door. There were mouse traps out in the halls filled with bugs as well. I have to vacuum my car to get all the ones that fell off in it while transporting our stuff to our house.
