Do Not Use this Company! I rented a unit in May, 2025. They prorated the first month. I used autopay. My rent was raised twice, and insurance added during this last year. On May 1st, 2026, I emptied the storage and went into the office to turn in the key. The employee said I had to pay for the whole month even tho it was the first. I then called corporate and was told the same thing, even tho they didn't debit my account till the 2nd. Bad business model when there are storage companies on every other corner. read more

I was really excited to move my stuff to this facility as it's secure and clean and new. The manager at the front desk is so awesome and nice. I am moving out though because they don't have carts for me to move stuff to and from my storage unit, I've been there four times now and there hasn't been carts. When asked about this, I was told that they don't have any responsibility to provide us carts, it's our own responsibility. Well, I pay over $250 for my unit. And I have no way to take stuff to it and from it without providing my own cart. I just can't do that anymore. It doesn't make any sense. I just can't believe that that's something I'm supposed to just be OK with. So I have to move out now because it doesn't make any sense for me to not have a cart to use. read more

First to start off I thought his storage would be clean and positive environment but it's the total opposite. On the 31st of October my storage unit had got broken into as well as many others in the beginning of October which I overheard from Jenny who works front desk. They won't call you unless your effected which is very unfair and unprofessional, they do not care about your stuff if it's the next unit to be broken into. On the first early morning I had went down to office and this is when I also heard them speaking to another gentlemen regarding his unit also getting broken into and then about the other incidents as well. I ended up renting a a U-Haul to get all my belongings out immediately that morning which was whatever left that had not been stolen. My husband had to come on his lunch break to assist with the lifting and we were in a time crunch moving quickly as possible. I had filed a police report at that point and was told I'd get a call back within 24 hours. No call. Called again and was told I would receive a call (Jenny answered) still nothing and was told it's 24 hours after police report was filed but still nothing. I then called again and spoke to a gentleman yesterday 11/06 and was told I'd receive a call back that day because if not I was going to take another route. Completely ridiculous that they tell you they will call and then don't reach out. I now called today and was told they called yesterday but the phone just rang? No voicemail. All lies. The people that work here are all full of bullshit and will tell you what you wanna hear and act all professional when you first go to rent. All fake front. The day we were moving very quickly our stuff out the owner Rob was there and tried to stop us from what we were doing while leaving but with the time crunch there was no time to talk, my husband had to get back to work. We told him we will talk to him later that day and if he can call us that would work better. He said okay he would reach out to us & still didn't receive a call at that point. All I'm trying to do is get my bill resolved being that I moved out on the first, my storage got broken into and I also seen roaches as I was leaving the storage. There has been some other issues previously with this As my husband was wearing his army shorts they had asked him if he even had a storage unit there which makes no sense of why they would question him. They previously told me on the 1st when I went in to discuss the issues that how can anyone possibly randomly get in and they said everyone that's here has a code BULLSHIT lies again. I see homeless tweakers coming in and out left and right without a code and multiple people letting others in. It's totally unprotected and anyone can enter. I previously rented with extra space storage in santee and it's worth the extra drive and time. They would never let anyone random on property let alone a bunch of tweakers hang around there parking lot. I am now on day 7 and still no call, I had to call office and let them know I'm going to pursue another route for them to finally give me Robs number and he's a joke of a manager/owner whatever he is. Unprofessional the way he talks, the way he handles the situation, let alone promise a call and never receive it. He spoke to me carelessly and basically told me he doesn't know if there is anything he can do and also told me basically with me trying to reach out multiple times that we should of talked to him that day on HIS TIME. Not understanding that we also have things to do and moving out was not the planned. Promising someone you would call to handle and then not following through shows a lot about your character. I work customer service and this is not how you treat/manage customers. The whole storage unit including owner/manager is a shit show. I would definitely not recommend and I will be making sure to spread the word to never rent from a thief storage. The week before one of the storage employees was scoping inside of my unit instead of walking around which I had to move bins as I was organizing for her to "hop" through literally. When she could have simply went around, and then when I bring it up in the office after my storage had gotten broken into they said they have no employee with that description . So after 6pm the office is closed so if you need help with anything there's no one that can help you. There were 2 dolly carts when I first started moving my stuff early in the afternoon but right at 6 the office had just closed and when I asked an employee leaving if she knew where the carts are she just said "it's probably on a floor". So after going through every floor, every hallway and literally walked around all around the property I did not find one. I had to haul all of my stuff one thing at a time down to the basement. I'm not surprised with this because when I first came in and asked the gentleman man where I could find my storage unit he did not have any damn clue but the other lady did actually respond. No people at the front desk in rental office, no one answering the phone, live chat wasn't working when I had arrived to move my stuff in. I was given an access code but it wasn't working so I was simply trying to reach someone.
