In my case, there were two issues wrong with my oven and the second issue the part is no longer available, so I'm glad I went with the full diagnostic charge. It is nice that Anthony gave me the two options. I'm thinking some bad reviews might be because customers chose the cheaper half-diagnostic priced option and that didn't work out with them.
