I have space at another space shop self-storage (on Buford Hwy) and they were good about their rate increases, only doing it in batches of 10%. At any rate, all these storage places do this. (Their mindset is that the increases won't be enough to make the hassle of moving your crap worth it). This particular on is the worst I've ever experienced. Plenty of more reasonable options in the area, so avoid this one.

Cons for the facility: I need access to my unit 24/7 since it is over 2 hours from where I am. Even though you have your own gate code to gain access, I only found out that you can't get in 24/7 when I drove over night to grab some items and the gate wouldn't open. So there are limited hours for access. I have never experienced that before with any other storage facility & I specifically asked the previous manager about access. So yea, Ms. Shequita is a 5 manager & she needs a raise.
