This location has issues, from the threshold of the building having a staggered entrance which caused multiple accidents with falling boxes and DAMAGE. To the door holder not working, and condensation or dehumidifier not working resulting in cardboard boxes being damp and caving in. Went with a rival company got twice the space for 1/2 the price! I found the office staff to be especially attentive and willing to help whenever there was a question. This location was exceptionally better than even other extra space storage (ESS) locations nearby, (as we have used others in the past). And while their (other ESS locations) layout may be slightly more spread out and/or clearcut, (this one is a bit tight and slightly confusing to find certain units initially) it DEFINITELY does not outweigh the poor communication and inefficient office staff at the other ones!!

They were helpful and friendly upon booking and collecting my deposit. Their pricing was in line with other quotes I received so I felt they were legit. They told me they would call 2-3 days prior to the move to let me know the moving time. Never heard from them. I finally got a hold of them and was expecting them the following morning. Instead I get a text message the morning of the move " This is all my sons the dispatch dept, I had 2 crews call out sick and we will not be able to make it today..." No phone call from a customer service rep, no apologies - a text message?!! Again hard to get a hold of them but I finally spoke to the dispatcher who couldn't have been more rude, no apologies and basically told me my deposit did not secure anything. When we discussed the possibility of doing the move the next day his comment was he needed me to commit to be put on the schedule as if I changed the move date. The next day we got a text survey to click on the link on why you didn't move with All My Sons moving. Tried to call repeatedly to get back my $100 meaningless deposit of which I am sure I will never see. Makes me question if they are even a legit business or a scam.
