The manager is so nice and will do anything to help. Then I rent at Ten Mile 2 location, it is absolutely horrible. Rent is due on the 1st you get a grace period until the 14th and then late fee is applied on the 15th. They will lock you out of your unit if not paid by the 15th. When you call and speak to Lila she is dumb as a box of rocks. She can not give you a date when you will be locked out. Is it on the 15th of the month if rent is not paid, is it 30 days late, is it 60 days late, what is it? She the manager cannot answer this question. How does a person running this facility not know the answer. Her response is you need to refer to the contract, ridiculous! I agree with other reviews the customer service is horrible at this location. GO TO A DIFFERENT STOR IT. TEN MILE 2 LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.

Recently moved in! I've moved into a few storage units in…read moredifferent states and I can tell you that this is the best move in experience I've had. The gentleman up front Jim, is super friendly and was informative on everything. He went out of his way to show me the ins and outs of using the locks and told me about all the amenities they have, WiFi, 24 hour access, power outlets. He answered all my questions before I even asked. If your like me, you want an easy going move in, but also want the man up front to be professional and informative. And it was guys. Super easy and after this long week I appreciate it more then they know. The front office was clean, organized and felt welcoming. The grounds are in great shape, no trash lying around, no pot holes or any debris anywhere. The storage unit itself was in great shape, it is clean and well maintained. I been to a few storage units where you get there and it's dirty on the inside. This is actually one of the only outdoor storage units I've had that is in this good of shape. At this point I have no complaints and I couldn't find something wrong if I tried. If you are looking for a nice clean storage unit with an awesome gate keeper, this is it folks! The outside doors that lead into the storage units don't seem to lock at all, not even at night and the doors themselves are very flimsy and thin. Wouldn't be hard for someone to break it down. Some of my things had been chewed on by what I'm assuming are rats (see attached photos) and there was so much poop in my boxes as well as dead spiders. The real kicker was a dead snake stuck to some duct tape on one of my boxes. You read that right. A DEAD SNAKE! I'll say it again, if you value your stuff DO NOT STORE IT HERE!!!!!

It's only till 10 PM. It's honestly the most horrible experience I've ever had with a storage place. They were just so rude, and he kept, like, being like, there's nothing wrong, you, obviously, you guys are the problem, like, everybody else does it just fine. It may be cheap, but it's not worth the price. You really do get what you pay for, because this is the worst storage unit place I've ever been to.
