Not only were they willing to take delivery of the car, they were willing to let me send a car cover to the office and they put it on the car for me. As if that wasn't nice enough, when I came to pick up the car, the battery was dead (not unexpected). While they weren't obligated to help me in any way, the manager not only helped me jump start it with his truck, but also called a relative to come help in case we couldn't get it started. And conveniently sent out mail THREE weeks later so they could scam their late fee. When I brought it to their attention that they called the wrong number...she pulled out my paperwork and sure enough.. there was my actual phone number in my handwriting..in the computer they conveniently changed the number. They wouldnt own up to there error and provide me a refund. Go figure.
