All our belongings were stolen between February 18 to 19 but we only found out about it March 1 2019 stating that our locks look different from the one Aaron of Public Storage gave us. We could not find a locksmsith on March 1 2019 so we came back the next day and when the locksmith broke the lock we saw all our belongings were gone, only few blankets, 1 frame and books were there. They stole everything we owned and worked hard for years including our family and wedding albums. I found out that the thieves nowadays are pretending to be a customer to use storage so they can have access to the code and steal peoples belongings in their unit. They do it at night or before the employees go to work in the morning. There were 5 of us victims within the same row, I am the 3rd victim and I paid $125 to the locksmith today to find out why my 2 locks were removed and that's why. My only plea to the thief is if you can read this, please return my family and wedding albums those are the only valuable that I needed to be return to me, my wedding pictures and family and children's pictures. I just want to let you know that you have victimized a US Navy Veteran who served this country to fight for you so you can have freedom and peace of mind. But you pay it back by stealing things from people like us. Actually my husband and I prayed for you and we ask God for justice and may God have mercy on your soul. I forgive you, maybe God will touch your heart to return our family pictures and wedding albums. Ask God to deliver you from drugs, alcohol or gambiling addictions or mentail illness, If you surrender your life to Jesus, he will save you, forgive you and give you eternal life. Please stop what you are doing. God saw you and knows where you live and My Father in Heaven saw my tears when I saw that everything we have worked hard for was stolen by you. If you think you got away with it, think it again life is short, you will face God in judgment and if I were you stop what you are doing, return all you have stolen from people, but as for me please just return my family and wedding albums. Leave it in front of the Public Storage 33275 Antelope Rd, Murietta CA 92563 and addressed it to Aaron, he is a very nice guy, you are making Public Storage look bad, they are the one who help people like us put our things in their storage but you are making them look bad. Stop please before it's too late. It is a terrible thing to fall in the hands of the living God. I have recently found myself in need of a storage unit for my household goods. I checked a few different storage facilities and when I called the reservation office I made my reservation to go to check out the unit at this location. My appointment wasn't convenient for Donna and she called me right away to let me know she had an prior appointment but was very accommodating to make another appointment. When I arrived at the facility, I was met by Donna and she was very nice. She was very understanding to my situation and to my reluctance at putting my goods in storage. Hello Public Storage, You have a great, no outstanding Employee in Donna Markow, First, I arrived about ten minutes before closing, and Donna still took the time to listen to my situation to ensure I purchased the right storage unit, especially since this was my first time,known to her. Secondly, after showing me the spaces available, and completing the rental papers; I notice that she should have closed at 6:00 and I was leaving the storage at 6:25. He was very thorough and didn't push me into anything extra like other places try to. It's a very clean and quiet facility! They ensure that you're able to open the gate and that your gate code works. (I had another facility that my gate code almost NEVER worked and they were more expensive.) Hands down, best customer service I've ever had. Chanel is a great representative for Public Storage. I rented a unit online and could not complete the contract online, I called customer service and the sales associates who all said I would have to go into a Public Storage to complete. Chanel called the associate on site at the location I reserved a unit at and walked her through completing my contract. Chanel was so helpful, polite and above what was requested of her.
