The staff here truly makes all the difference. Just a heads-up for anyone considering renting here: the online price is an introductory rate, so expect the price to go up over time. The price will probably double after a few months. They used to offer a free storage van with pickup and drop-off, which was an amazing perk. Unfortunately, that service has been discontinued. It would be great to see Manhattan Mini Storage bring that back. Overall, still a positive experience, and I'd recommend them if you are in the Hells Kitchen area especially for the friendly and helpful staff.

Despite contacting the main office twice and being promised a callback, I am still waiting to receive one, so I contacted the Maspeth location directly. A manager named Eric was extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating.
