Every interaction I have had with an employee has been good . They have been professional and friendly. However, I am giving them two stars due to the price increases . They are offering $64 a month on a 10x10. It doesn't say that's an introductory price it just says that's your monthly rent . When I moved into public storage a couple of years ago my rent was $64 and now it is 110 due to 2 price increases. So just know that the rate you're paying when you move in is going to increase significantly. read more

Kim at this location was nothing less then phenomenal. I didn't know before, but this particular location of Public Storage isn't able to fit the 26' U-Haul truck I pulled in with. She helped me so much with finding another location that could accommodate my immediate need to move in, as well as make sure that where I went, the U-Haul would fit. The entrance is kind of tricky, especially for a truck of this size, and I was really nervous to have to back up onto May! She, and two others, helped stop traffic on both sides just so I could get out. I'm nothing near a big truck driver, and driving that thing was already scary enough, especially reversing. As for service there's nobody at the place at all to give assistance if needed the door on my unit got stuck and I couldn't find anyone to help me ..the hrs isn't really good 6 -9 pm and if you work well don't rent from this place u can go to u storage cheaper read more
