I went to look at a unit at 5016 W Reno and had the best experience Julie was so helpful.

This company (owed by a REIT out in CA) is bait and switch and hates speaking with its customers. They offer low introduction price, and quickly raise it - mine almost doubled after just two months. Then when you ask why, they say they will check into it but never call you back. The corporate phone is 100% automated, no option to talk to someone. The "live chat" they boast about is also just AI/computer with no person on the other end. Instead of explaining things to a customer, they send 'no-reply' emails telling you that your "recent request for a rate reduction has been denied", and they include their corporate phone if you want to call it - of course as I mentioned no one is there. The unit is fine, but do NOT try to ever get any customer service - they do NOT care and avoid you like the plague. If you call your location it always goes to voice mail - they say they will call you back but do not do so. Even the district manager's phone goes to voicemail and she will NOT call you back (Allie). read more

they are cheap and have units no one is ever at the office to help you thou so you better not need anything. I rent in multiple locations, it applies for all locations I've seen. read more

I had a great experience with 2 staff members Holly and Dawn. Facility seemed well maintained. So far I am very happy with price and security, Location is very convenient and when I went back to move in stuff on Sunday -Holly asked if i had questions or needed anything. I tried to pre check in online but had to check in @ the store anyway. The golf cart was broken so we had to walk all the way to the back to look @ the unit when I could have drove back there. But other than that the customer service was great. read more

I rented two units from Dawn the other day and had a great experience. She was very friendly and actually knew what she was talking about. They had tried to find us a unit at another property but my trailer wouldn't fit so they all patiently found me another location to move to and all in all a great translation from property to property. If I could give them no stars I would.. STAY AWAY from this location. They have such a high turn over rate in employees, they dont communicate with each other and even communicate with customers. I had made arrangements to make my payment on a Friday, I actually made that payment on a Wednesday. I wanted to come get a few things out of my unit and my door to my unit was locked with public storage's lock. Now I understand that I was late but I made that payment on a Wednesday and I went by the unit on a Saturday! That was 3 days that they could of gone and removed that lock. I had to wait till Monday to get in there as it was Christmas on Sunday. I went in on Monday and the lady in the front office was a total snob and looked like I was annoying her cause I was there right when they opened. She asked one of the new guys to go unlock my unit. When I met him at the unit, I had asked if they were working on Friday & Saturday and he said yes they were. This isn't the first time this place has screwed me over. They drilled out my lock without letting me know that the payments I was making to make sure my stuff didn't go into auction wasn't sufficient enough. (I had hit a rough spot). And I had called and talk to the employees about this and nothing was said to me about the fact that my unit was going into auction. This place is a joke! read more
