Once they did not receive the payment on time because it got lost in the mail, so i called and payed with credit card, they locked our storage my Dad went to get stuff out and he couldn't I call the office and tell him to please come open he tells me hes busy. My Dad goes to the office 5 min later the man is sitting doing nothing, my Dad tells him can you please open the storage because i do not see you are busy. The man aggressively answers you stupid are not coming here to offend me get out of the office. So My Dad answers I will if you open the lock. After inquiring about my move date, I was informed that the General Manager explicitly ordered that I be denied the standard promotional rate for the new complex. This decision appears to be direct retaliation for a prior review I left regarding their climate control pricing policies.When I called to escalate this unfair treatment, the customer service representative refused to provide any contact information for corporate oversight or ownership, stating that the General Manager was the highest point of contact available. Isaac has been incredibly helpful as a manager, but the retaliatory actions of upper management and the total lack of an escalation path are completely unprofessional. Corporate needs to investigate the management practices at this location.

I have never been notified and only received a voice mail on August 16 only to state. that I needed to return a phone call to Debbie. well I tried 5 times that day having to leave a voice mail. she never phoned me again until today. $65 due to late charges on a $5 a month bill increase that I was never informed about until today!
