    We've had storage here for a few years and it's been trouble free until now. They replaced the latch mechanism just last week for the units because the old ones "were easy to break into". It turns out that crooks have been entering the building at off hours and that the upgraded latches are a joke. They appear to have used a pry bar to destroy the new latches (leaving the lock intact) and then rifle through the units at their leasure. It happened to dozens of units, including ours. Management had no idea, a client discovered the break-ins. And management was not helpful with any details, including when and how the substandard new latches will be replaced. This is a complete failure on the part of management there. Anyone with storage there should expect to likely be broken into. Also, in a cost-cutting move, no employees are there any longer on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.

    I have used this location of public storage in the past. It is a great and safe space. I am asking for a quote now to use them again.

On move in day, we realized that the unit I had signed for wasn't large enough for my belongings. Charles swapped me to a larger unit on the spot. He also recommended a moving company that SPS partners with so that I could receive a discounted rate on my move. The units are clean and cool temperature wise, and the building is secure. The location is convenient, access is easy during open hours, and I always felt safe with the security measures in place. However, there were two notable issues: 1. Lighting: The area where my unit was located had very poor lighting. Despite having a spacious unit, I had to use my phone flashlight every single time I accessed my storage, which was inconvenient and frankly a safety concern. I think installing a single motion-activated lightbulb in the storage room would make a huge difference for customers. 2. Customer Service: This was the most frustrating part of my experience, as I was consistently met with vague answers, impatience, and rudeness. When I specifically asked what happens if I go over my checkout date, instead of explaining the late fee policy, Charles told me "just come back when you're fully done, everyone checks out late anyway" -- no mention of fees. Days later, he suddenly told me there would be a late fee "on the 11th day." I was already a few days over at that point, forcing a last-minute scramble to avoid additional charges. At checkout, when I asked how many days I owed (the bill was hundreds of dollars), he dismissively said "I don't know" with a rude tone. When I requested an email receipt, he refused although the email option was clearly visible on the screen. This was hands-down the most unprofessional customer service I've experienced at any storage facility. Storage and moving out were already very stressful, and customer service should make it easier, not harder. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and emphasizes professionalism, patience, and respect when dealing with customers.

    Five Stars - Outstanding Service…read more I had an absolutely fantastic experience with StoragePRO on Beale Street, and I have to specifically call out Liam for providing some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. Liam truly went above and beyond to help me coordinate several moving and shipping logistics, and he handled everything with professionalism, patience, and a genuinely helpful attitude. It made a stressful situation incredibly smooth. What really stood out was how willing he was to help and how proactive he was in making sure everything was taken care of correctly. That level of service is rare, and it made me extremely appreciative to be a customer here. If you're looking for a storage facility for business or personal use, I highly, highly recommend this location. Working with Liam made the entire experience easy and seamless, and it's the kind of service that makes you confident recommending a business to others. Customer service over the phone is also available during business hours and very helpful. Only feedback would be that sometimes even during access hours the store seems to be inaccessible for periods of 20-30 minutes. This could be improved. Also since I didn't really need to access my unit this only affected me during move in and move out but increasing the access hours window overall would be nice.
